Does anyone have up-to-the-minute bulletins on our casualties?

Seems to me they're all taking a long time to mend.

Andy King goes off for a harmless international training session and comes back with a hip injury that's seen him disappear into apparent oblivion.

Clemence gets a knock - what an innocuous word - in training but the time he's been out suggests it was a little more than that, and the same could be said about Mattock.

Elvis has had two ankle injuries and hardly any football since the end of last season and DeVries is sidelined with his ankle problem too.

Weso walked off the pitch but clearly the damage was worse than it looked.

Ferreira has never really been fit, nor Hayes, nor Porter - altogether it's almost like the plot for a medical nightmare film.

Any info would be gratefully received.

I think Clem said that he had a slight pull of his hamstring and would be out for about 3 weeks.... that would have been before the S****horpe game I think.

Is there anything at all in the rather dubious but very specific rumour I heard that suggests Hammond's absence is due to a run in with the law?

:o

Any chance of elaborating? Probably a little sensitive but intriguing nevertheless...

Clemance said that he would be out for 3 weeks in his program notes last week.

sorry wrong one. I mean johnny hayes

I think he's been playing lately for the reserves.

I read somewhere (Sporting Blue) he said he was ready to play for the first team.

Who knows.

I don't understand why there isn't a central source for finding out what injuries we have and what the expected duration is. That's assuming I'm not being incredibly stupid by not checking the OS before writing this.

physioroom.com is pretty useful for the Premiership. Where's one for us?

I know where Hammond is, I sold him to Chelsea who I was also managing at the time, for 78million, got bored of Leicester only having 100k to spend on Football Manager 07, so used a dirty cheat. Hammond commented that he was looking forward to playing for such a well supported club.

I'd like to know where Mattock is.

Yeah me too! When he went off he was rested wasn't he? I assume hes now injured, surely we're not just resting him still?

Id suggest Sheehans ahead of him on merit :dunno: purely for his set pieces mind!

lol our club never really tell us a players got injured unless its pretty obvious.

Players just seem to disappear for weeks and months.

Bring back Martin Allen, at least he used to keep us informed :D

Clemence got injured during a game and had a 9cm bleed of the muscle which according to the physio is a grade 1 tear. That's why he's out.
