Master Fox Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 After a few bottle's of aldi brand cider, I will love to reminisce about our glory days in the champoinship!!! I look forward to it.
Manwell Pablo Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 agreed, got well excited about this then, it's just toss. Unless ITV have got another ten too? Don't get me wrong the more football on terrestrial TV the better, and with ITV sharing FA Cup with Setanta, at least this means we're set to get an Extra 10 games a season, and the Semi Finals/Final of the League Cup on TV as well. It's something. It's just pretty pathetic that they've only got 10 games, and the head of the BBC comes out with "The BBC's television portfolio should reflect the 72 clubs of the Football League" You'll have to screen a few more than 10 games a season than mate!!
Micky Ruddle Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 It's all good then. Sky is not accesible at home
teblin Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 Don't get me wrong the more football on terrestrial TV the better, and with ITV sharing FA Cup with Setanta, at least this means we're set to get an Extra 10 games a season, and the Semi Finals/Final of the League Cup on TV as well. Doesn't it say they get first pick of 10 games? "with 10 first-choice games per season exclusively live on the BBC" Sorry you're right!
Manwell Pablo Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 Doesn't it say they get first pick of 10 games? So what if they do? that means they'll have 10 games featuring relegated Premier League Teams, great! 10 first choice games a season, or sixty five remaining games, I know which one I'd prefere!
Manwell Pablo Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 Doesn't it say they get first pick of 10 games?"with 10 first-choice games per season exclusively live on the BBC" Sorry you're right! I know what you were thinking, that they had the pick of the first 10 and then they got some more, thats what i thought to begin with until i got to the end of the article and wondered how many other games they'd have after the first 10, then reading carefully relised that was it!
Phube Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 So what if they do? that means they'll have 10 games featuring relegated Premier League Teams, great!10 first choice games a season, or sixty five remaining games, I know which one I'd prefere! But Gary loves Leicester!!!
FilboFox Posted 6 November 2007 Posted 6 November 2007 We won't be in the Championship then so it makes no odds... unless you want to watch Derby struggling miserably trying to scrape a point against the likes of Colchester! lol
