City_4_Life Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Happy with the appointment. Not only is Ollie a good manager, but he is also a great character in the game.
adam Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Moaned about Crowds not coming in.Although we got over 21,000 every week, we should really do better ourselfs. Silly comment. How many other teams would get 21000 in 17th position.
Jay Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 and now it's moved onto some Howard Moon Style jazz funk... WTF!!!
Nath Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Silly comment. How many other teams would get 21000 in 17th position. We are only getting that figure because of free ticket's Past 4 game's the club has given away free ticket's.
BigGibbo Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 What on earth is this dodgy music? and now it's moved onto some Howard Moon Style jazz funk... WTF!!! Fook knows im back on sky sports news now because i believe there going to be showing some of the conference soon
Telf Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Frank Burrows has left Leicester, while Gerry Taggart and Mike Stowell will stay on in coaching roles
Brainy Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Silly comment. How many other teams would get 21000 in 17th position. Norwich who are getting 24,000 in 24th position probably.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 "This is a whole new challenge, which throws me into a whole new ballpark. I feel like I have been acting in Coronation Street all my life and now I have been asked to do a different role." (from BBC Sport) Hang on a second, he said EastEnders!!
Fox in a Box Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Lets get fully behind the manager, who actually came across very well............... didnt know he was in eastenders thou.
Libertine Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 I'm actually really excited about him, I'm not quite sure why but I'm confident of a top-half finish for sure.
onetruefox Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Just call me Ollie, just call me Milan..funkin great manager, love his personality already, reminds me of Martin Allen..Oh Shit..NEXT
Telf Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Norwich who are getting 24,000 in 24th position probably. I go to most norwich home games and they do get 24,000 even though there 24th. It just feels so negative there at the minute compared to last season. I don't get to go to many leciester game but i hope its not as negative there then it is at norwich.
FilboFox Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 With Holloway coming in, attendances should boost up as the performances get better and better!
Nath Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 With Holloway coming in, attendances should boost up as the performances get better and better! Thought you didn't like him?
Libertine Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 I think he means it'll be like hoof 'n' sh*t blood.
Phube Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Good press conference... not sure he'll be on Barwick's Christmas card list though!!
BigGibbo Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 I think he means it'll be like hoof 'n' sh*t blood. i think not
Raj Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Good press conference... not sure he'll be on Barwick's Christmas card list though!! GOOD ON HIM! Only saying what the poor man on the street is thinking! Me thinks Ollie will ruffle a few feathers at City BUT in the right way as opposed to Hiel allen. His personality shone through in the press conference which must have been abit of an ordeal for him after the events of the last few days. And he even gave MM as good as he got. Lets just hope MM sees this as a good thing and doesnt try and 'own him' Good luck to Ollie!

Master Fox Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Great, I've missed the whole fcuking thing. Stupid sky sports, shops, and cookery!! Grrrr
FilboFox Posted 22 November 2007 Posted 22 November 2007 Thought you didn't like him? No... I didn't say I don't like him... he's just not my preferred choice... that said, he will bring in more attendance as he has the backing of the fans, including me! I just would have preferred Tigana or Jewell... but then I think most people would have. Roll on Saturday and Bristol City! Hopefully Holloway will do a decent job and we'll get us into the play-offs! I've had enough of other useless teams laughing at us!!!
