eaststandtom Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 remind me of their names i cant remember there have been so many
Manwell Pablo Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 I must say, Milan looks happier with Holloway than any of the others. And why does the Martin Allen one look like it was held in Hitler's bunker? Probabley laughing at one of holloways daft jokes. EDIT: "I've never been a favourite before. I feel like I've been on EastEnders all my life and now I'm playing King Lear. I can't wait but this is a new role. probabley that one.
Phlashman Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Also notice how Milan is so powerful instead of losing his hair the mangers have lost it for him! If Holloway goes the only person he'll be able to go for is Gail Porter.
MPH Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 "appointing Ian Holloway as your manager? are you sure, Leicester?" "as sure as i am black"
mancunianfox Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 "appointing Ian Holloway as your manager? are you sure, Leicester?""as sure as i am black" Nice

Bob666 Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 link I assume the compo must have been at least £400k+ to get Ollie "released" so quick.......
Manwell Pablo Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 hopefully you wont take any of our players, although i cant see us turning down an offer for many of our players at the moment exspecially with so many players running out of contract. Who the hell is Gallagher? Ahh the good old pasty van, I often enjoy a nice cornish from there. I have to agree gingsters are so shit. I dunno, he's mentioned him before and another Plymouth fan has asked him what he is on about.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Is there anyone whizzy enough to turn those press conference photos into a GIF for me please? davieG perhaps? :worship:
Babylon Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Is there anyone whizzy enough to turn those press conference photos into a GIF for me please?davieG perhaps? :worship: I'll do one when I get back from lunch.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 I'll do one when I get back from lunch. Awesome. Would also be interested in your thoughts on Holloway. I'm guessing you are quietly optimistic?
MPH Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Nice i dont think there are many here who watch the mighty boosh.... thought there were more...
davieG Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Awesome. Would also be interested in your thoughts on Holloway. I'm guessing you are quietly optimistic? Depends what you want
Ric Flair Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Awesome. Would also be interested in your thoughts on Holloway. I'm guessing you are quietly optimistic? I seem to recall Babylon being as un-keen on Holloway as I was when we were linked with him the first time around. I wonder whether his opinion has changed, mine has a tad.
davieG Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 I seem to recall Babylon being as un-keen on Holloway as I was when we were linked with him the first time around. I wonder whether his opinion has changed, mine has a tad. I was absolutely against him but he seems to have had a change of approach at Plymouth so I'm happy to give him a chance even though it strikes me as very unambitious by MM but then perhaps he's frighten everyone else off.
Babylon Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 I wasn't keen last time we were linked as ric said. His stint at Plymouth can't go unnoticed though so i've warmed to him. Frankly it's better than some of the garbage we were linked with. I just want a real manager and for him to be in charge for a good amount of time. I'm not really excited and i'm not down in the dumps, I'm on the fence right in the middle. Just doing your gif now fez

Babylon Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Any news on the job front Babs? There is something in the pipe line, but i'm not sure I want it. Long story!!! I might just take the cash for a bit and move on.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 FEZ: http://www.filefactory.com/file/67d73d/ Awesome mate, will download it tonight when back home. Cheers. Exactly how i'm feeling, except i'd not considered Fez's girlfriend being taken in to account. Actually we've just split up quite acrimoniously so I'd wish him luck and hope he gives her an STI.

If so, got to say the girl has grounds.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Did she see pictures of you sprawled across Warwick unis floor. If so, got to say the girl has grounds. No, it was before that. Although Alex seemed to having similar problems with some girl and ended up marrying her the next day.
Thracian Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 I was absolutely against him but he seems to have had a change of approach at Plymouth so I'm happy to give him a chance even though it strikes me as very unambitious by MM but then perhaps he's frighten everyone else off. In all probability your last few words sum up the situation precisely which means we can only hope we get the "enlightened" Holloway instead of the hoof-ball Holloway. Hullfox hopes and believes we'll get a team full of hard-cases so it doesn't sound as if I'm likely to get anything to appreciate for a few months at least but we'll see. If he gets hard-cases who can play a bit that might make a change. Like everyone else he starts with a clean slate and my best wishes.
Babylon Posted 23 November 2007 Posted 23 November 2007 Like everyone else he starts with a clean slate and my best wishes. Until after we lose at Bristol and you call for his head.
