Plymouth Pete Posted 8 February 2008 Posted 8 February 2008 For what it is worth, this is what the Plymouth Herald says are the probable teams :- Leicester City Alnwick, Stearman, Kisnorbo, McAuley, Clapham, Hume, Oakley, Clemence, Laczo, Howard, Hayles, subs any 5 from seven. Plymouth Argyle, McCormick, Connolly, Timar, Doumbe, Paterson (debut), Clark, Nalis, Abdou, Halmosi, MacLean, Easter, subs 5 from seven including Paul Wotton who has been out for a year! IF correct Leicester will field one ex Plymouth player Hayles, and Plymouth will field one ex Leicester player Nalis. Hope it is a good game with no nonesense, I shall be watching on sky.
jgreenhill99 Posted 8 February 2008 Posted 8 February 2008 pete its wrong man suspended not worth the paper its printed on another subject what pubs r people goin to
Raj Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 Todays game (Tis today,i checked !) isnt exactly crucial for City as a benchmark for the rest of the season, however imagine the mentality the team would have IF they win? After all the shite surrounding this fixture it really would be a coup for Ollie to get one over his old team and im sure the players would gain alot mentally in proving they have some bollox about them. BUT a loss to his former club(Imagine his smirking ex-chairman after the game!!) and to the 1500 odd Plymmies coming down and having a laugh at our expense could be a real kick in the teeth for him. Aint saying it could destroy our season, but it will effect him seriously no matter what he makes out before the game. Up the City!
Smudge Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 My son and son-in-law from the US will be at the game tomorrow, hope we have a good result. They're in F1.
Raj Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 My son and son-in-law from the US will be at the game tomorrow, hope we have a good result. You said tomorrow. But tomorrow for you is actually today for us. However by the time the majority of FTers read this, tomorrow for you will be today too. So you saying tomorrow today isnt really right...but it aint wrong either because for you the game is tomorrow and not today.
Asha Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 You said tomorrow. But tomorrow for you is actually today for us. However by the time the majority of FTers read this, tomorrow for you will be today too. So you saying tomorrow today isnt really right...but it aint wrong either because for you the game is tomorrow and not today. What so the day after tomorrow is really today's tomorrow?
MC Prussian Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 Well, I've made it across the channel. No, not in a boat. But on the same day. All in all, I can say I'm in Leics now. Which means I'll be at the game. Game on!
STUHILL Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 The Leicester Shirt is on extra earlier today! I am desperate for a dominant WIN by us! Hayles to score a couple against his old club would be even better!

LeeCovFox Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 It would seem the Plymouth fans even hate eachother. If you can be arsed, take a look at this thread: http://www.pasoti.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php...asc&start=0
Jonezy Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 Exciting game today with all the fuss leading up to it. Hopefully I'll figure out how to watch it on the internet or I'm stuck with Barber and Piper.... Hoping for a lineup along these lines: Alnwick J.Chambers - McAuley - Kisnorbo - MattockBori - Oakley - Clemence - LaczkoHoward - HumeSubs: N'Gotty, Clapham, Weso, Hayles & DJ If we struggle we can send Bazza on in the 2nd half to do, what Dickov did to us last week. If we are comfortable we can put DJ on for speedy counter attacks. I would like to see what Bori can do on the right, when he gets a bit more time, maybe him and Oakley can develop something magical. Come on Leicester!!!!!

Jonezy Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 Alnwick J.Chambers - McAuley - Kisnorbo - Claphamhume - Oakley - Clemence - mattockHoward - campbell Thats how i think he may go. I think you might be right, but Ollie says that Mattock has been good at home, and Hume gives the ball away to much, when we are playin away from home. Thats why I'm hoping for my line-up, but your one doesn't look half bad either.....
Joe. Posted 9 February 2008 Posted 9 February 2008 I hope I'm wrong, but i've just got a horrible feeling about today
