Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 It's the last game of the season - we need three points to be sure of staying up. (It should be made clear at this point that I really hope it won't come to this and I realise that this is all purely hypothetical) Who out of the current squad would you most expect to stand up and be counted? Myself I would say Kis or Hume. Of all our players they always seem to be the ones battling away when all other seem to have thrown in the towel.
Ultra Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 Last season it turned out to be Neil Austin. This year, maybe Lee Bullen, or even Leon Cort?
maddog Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 I think we will be out of it on the last game of the season. Will will either be 100% safe or 100% relegated. It will be an absolute disaster if we are relegated.
Matt Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 Deja Vu, I'm sure we had this thread last season. Aswell as the relegation odds, aswell as the "Would you still watch City if they went down", e.t.c.
C-man Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 Alan Sheeehan with a 90 yard thunderbolt that rips the net and kills 3 Stoke fans in the process.

Father Ted Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 Me when I start a pitch invasion in the 89th minute when were losing 3-0 and the game is abandoned and has to be replayed and we win that.
lildave3 Posted 13 February 2008 Posted 13 February 2008 Me when I start a pitch invasion in the 89th minute when were losing 3-0 and the game is abandoned and has to be replayed and we win that. Not only is that highly unlikely, it's also highly impossible
Zingari Posted 14 February 2008 Posted 14 February 2008 the question may soon be "Who's going to be our Gordon Lee? "
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 I had Alan Maybury in last year's Tony James sweepstake, whether you credit Neil Austin or Nisse Johansson, I backed the wrong unlikely full back. Following the unlikely defender trend, should we require a saviour, I'll go with Joe Mattock.
ozleicester Posted 15 February 2008 Posted 15 February 2008 Alan Sheeehan with a 90 yard thunderbolt that rips the net and kills 3 Stoke fans in the process. But who will he be playing for??
