Daggers Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 At least some people trust him to do a job: T5 baggage backlog sent to MilanThousands of suitcases are being sent to Milan by British Airways to try to help clear a backlog of 19,000 bags at Heathrow's new Terminal 5.
Zingari Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 At least some people trust him to do a job: it must be terminal then
davieG Posted 2 April 2008 Author Posted 2 April 2008 At least some people trust him to do a job: Fooking hell haven't we got enough baggage already!!!!!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 Fooking hell haven't we got enough baggage already!!!!!! oh dear.
Bryn Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 Very concerning news. Many a Championship club is fooked because they didn't make it to the Premier League having spent. I really hope we curb our spending in summer now, because if we don't go up in 3 years MM will get itchy feet and then we could end up fooked again.
Dr The Singh Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 At least some people trust him to do a job: No comment!!
MPH Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 Well I don't mean to be morbid but what happens if he dies on us and these are loans and they aren't covered, I think you will find your interest in the future well-being of LCFC might increase a little.Make no bones about it we are spending more than we are earning and that money has to come from somewhere and one thing MM isn't is philanthropic he's hard nosed businessman looking to make a nice fat profit, which is all well good for us if things go his way if not well..................... Do you think we can barr him from travelling out of leicester for a few years? i know a nice little terraced house on benbow rise he can use....
Rich Fox Posted 2 April 2008 Posted 2 April 2008 While he continues to trot out lies like the figures above I fail to be able to trust a single thing that comes out of his mouth.Mandaric is a mendacious, inept fool. I see no reason why I should pay for his mistakes. Anyone who has made the money in business that milan has made is no fool, i wonder what you do for a living to justify calling him a fool.
Zingari Posted 3 April 2008 Posted 3 April 2008 Of course not, how stupid of me to suggest otherwise; that the man who employed/signed idiots should in anyway be a fool for having done so. Not one of his obscenely wasteful managerial decisions were foolish. I agree that he seems to have made a few errors of judgment recently, but i'm also fairly sure that everyone in their lives makes foolish decisions ( probably even yourself ). But this does not make one a fool , just human . On balance his life can be said to be spectacularly successful , as he supposedly came from very humble beginnings , in a country not usually associated with encouraging entrepreneurs. If he's a fool , then i wish i was too ( well actually i am a fool and in training to become a twat )I've just enrolled at the Raj Academy of Twattery

Ultra Posted 3 April 2008 Posted 3 April 2008 Two things will follow from the revelation of these losses. 1) The sale of players (probably Stearman and/or Mattock) before 31st May, the end of the financial year. 2) Another hike in ticket prices for next season, albeit with a potential discount for season tickets bought before 31st May.

demon_dog Posted 4 April 2008 Posted 4 April 2008 In real terms the £5 million loss is not a great deal of money to someone like Milan. He's supposedly worth £80 million, he should be getting at least a minimum of 10% interest on that. That still leaves £3 million to live on without touching his hard earned money. If he's unhappy with that he'll just have to cut down on the pies on matchdays.
