Baffling selections and formations, flop signings, persistent picking of piss poor players like Howard, not giving the kids a chance, not knowing how to use his subs, not knowing how to change games... I could go on. He has had no grip over our fortunes, and should resign if he wants to preserve his image. To stick with our worst ever manager, who has taken us to our all-time low in shambolic fashion, would be untenable.

I don't think its Milan's style to keep managers who have failed his requirements as Holloway has.
