Not only do we need to keep consistency with a manager, we need to get a decent manager in the first place. Now of course half the problem is that if they were a decent manager they would already be in a job and I CERTAINLY don't want Dowie the Cov reject-if they don't want him why would we??? So any thoughts as to how to get a decent manager, and hang onto him??

John Barber was wrong moaning at fans on the phone in for wanting Ollie out. The fans who call fans like me fickle were fooking wrong. We should have sacked Ollie. Holloway should have been sacked 4 games ago.

Today was all his fault as soon as I saw the team sheet I was really worried but I kept my optimistic front on. Then the game started & it became quickly obvious that we were paying more attention to other results than our own. Then we saw in plain view Ollie completely stumped just watching like a spectator too scared to make any changes until it was way too late. The tactics today were all wrong then he bottled it when it came time to make the changes which I have seen him do before but just gave him the benefit of the doubt, but today it has sent us down scarred our clubs history & jeopardized its future. For that Ollie you deserve to go. Whether we could replace him with anyone better qualified now we re in league one is what the decision should be based on.

I think he's been one of our better players since he came, he's put his all in and when hes been on the pitch has tried to create the best out of what hes given. Every one slating him needs to take a real look at this season for the culprits... the team as a group haven't done what was needed of them.
