Moreton Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Seen loads of suggestions but i think it would be better to stick them into one big thread (other threads like the Mike Newell one can get joined to this one) I would target Paul Ince Darren Ferguson Simon Grayson (Would be popular with the fans if he came) Ian Dowie (Not a popular choice but not up to the fans) Steve Walsh (Again would be a very popular appointment, if he can get coaching badges)

The Reverend Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Mike Newell. Or Paul Ince. I wouldn't mind Grayson, but i think he's unattainable really now.
DB11 Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Thank god there is one thread for it all. Sticky it and it might get used
shiv Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Billy Davies, Paul Ince or Darren Ferguson for me. do you reckon davies would still come to us?
Tilley Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Billy Davies, Paul Ince or Darren Ferguson for me. Typical. Please be serious.

FleckneyFox Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Realistically, Mike Newell, Peter Reid, Joe Royle, Danny Wilson, Richard Money, Steve Tilson or Iain Dowie would all do nice.
breadandcheese Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Paul Lambert, Mike Newell, Steve Tilson The one thing we have to consider is the Mandaric factor. With the reputation he's established over the course of the last season and a half, any half decent manager will think twice about coming to us for fear of his meddling and the damage he could potentially do to their careers. Somebody like Ince or Ferguson who are up and coming at clubs with money and potential would therefore be foolish to consider us.
Sparky Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Realistically, Mike Newell, Peter Reid, Joe Royle, Danny Wilson, Richard Money, Steve Tilson or Iain Dowie would all do nice. well done that man , finaly a list thats realistic . Newell for me although could see why Bond would get it , Reid and Dowie can feck off thou
FleckneyFox Posted 5 May 2008 Posted 5 May 2008 Personally Danny Wilson or Joe Royle would be my preferences, both proven managers with loads of experience and play some good football.
