Fez of Mahrez Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 How many will it be for you? Mine will be 16; 1. Doncaster or Leeds 2. Stockport, Wycombe, Rochdale or Darlington 3. Oldham 4. Tranmere 5. MK Dons 6. Peterborough 7. Swindon 8. Yeovil 9. Hartlepool 10. Carlisle 11. Walsall 12. Hereford 13. Crewe 14. Millwall 15. Colchester 16. S****horpe Remember that Bristol Rovers are playing at Cheltenham next season. Should be some absolutely cracking away days among that lot. Some of the backwaters are going to piss me off though. I doubt Yeovil is particularly do-able on the train.
lildave3 Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Southend, Leeds and Scunny are ones i've been to I think.
Sods Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Well whoever were playing during Reading Festival i can't go. So please have a nice home game against Oldham that week. Knowing my luck it will be either Northampton or Mk Franchise. Im going to try and go to as many as possible. Hereford, Peterbourgh, Orient, Cobblers and MK stick out for me. Actually thinking about it again. ORIENT AWAY WILL BE AWESOME.
Bert Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 1. Doncaster (If they don't go up) 2. Stockport, Wycombe, Rochdale or Darlington 3. Carlisle 4. Southend 5. Brighton 6. Oldham 7. Northampton 8. Huddersfield 9. Tranmere 10. Walsall 11. Swindon 12. Leyton Orient 13. Hartlepool 14. Millwall 15. Yeovil 16. Cheltenham x2 17. Crewe 18. Scunny 19. Colchester - New ground. 20. Mk Dons 21. Peterborough Pretty much every one!
Daggers Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Wycombe Tranmere Walsall Millwall Yeovil Cheltenham Colchester Mk Dons Peterborough Those are the ones I've not been to - but the new job probably means I'll not be able to do them all. Walsall is local and i might tie in Yeovil with calling in on family in Devon. The rest depend on days and obligations...
Monk Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Should be some absolutely cracking away days among that lot. Some of the backwaters are going to piss me off though. I doubt Yeovil is particularly do-able on the train. *Cough* Roadtrip *Cough* Are you not gonna go to the Orient game?
Joe. Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 I'm going to miss one game for Leeds festival, hopefully it's a home match or shit away game. Think there's potentially 22 new grounds for me: I've only been to Leeds and Southend out of the current League One teams who haven't yet been promoted.
Maybes Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 1. Doncaster (If they don't go up) 2. Stockport, Wycombe, Rochdale or Darlington 3. Carlisle 4. Brighton 5. Oldham 6. Northampton 7. Huddersfield 8. Tommeh Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 Been to: Yeovil Northampton Peterborough Southend Scunny Huddersfield Orient Brighton so that's 16 new ones for next season and I intend to do them all.
He's not bald Posted 16 May 2008 Posted 16 May 2008 1. Doncaster (If they don't go up)2. Stockport, Wycombe, Rochdale or Darlington 3. Carlisle 4. Brighton 5. Oldham 6. Northampton 7. Huddersfield 8. Tranmere 9. Walsall 10. Swindon 11. Leyton Orient 12. Hartlepool 13. Yeovil 14. Cheltenham x2 15. Colchester - New ground. 16. Mk Dons Scary...not done Hartlepool,Hudderfield (did Leeds Road years ago!),Yeovil,Obviously Colchester's new ground and the MK Dons and I don't think I've been to the strange place that Brighton call a ground either
Houdini Logic Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 This begs the question - what sort of allocation do you think we will get for some of the smaller ground in League 1?
Warbo666 Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 im quite lucky really.... i'm at university in Cheltenham, so get to see the mighty foxes play Chelts and Bristol Rovers there next year... in fact you can hear the cheers from the stadium from my back garden.... bring it on! you can guarantee I will be running to the ground in my leicester shirt! MUAHAHAHHA! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY! BLUE ARMY!
SamL Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 The only grounds I've been to are Southend, Leeds, Scunny and Millwall.
SamL Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 This begs the question - what sort of allocation do you think we will get for some of the smaller ground in League 1? Some will allocate a fair few whereas some will only allocate around 1000. I did post a topic the other week for approximate allocations but I think it was deleted.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 May 2008 Author Posted 17 May 2008 *Cough* Roadtrip *Cough*Are you not gonna go to the Orient game? Yeah, planning on the full 46 this season. Been Orient before with Northampton.
C-man Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 They're all new grounds to me except Carlisle and Millwall. I intend to do them all, except for the ones where I'm on holiday and whilst I'm at Reading so I'll probably miss 2 or 3 games. Hopefully 2 are home games and the other one is Millwall! I'm also looking to go Palace, Luton, Kettering, Quorn and Tamworth.
dandannieldanok Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 They'll all be to new to me except for Crewe and Walsall.

lavrentis Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 Well I'll be off to as many as I can next season. I'm hoping for 10+, It's going to be expensive but I hope it will be worth it.
SamL Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 I'm hoping to do all 23 ++ Cup games. I'm not sure how realistic this will be, depends on other commitments. Should be able to them though.
potter3 Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 Doncaster/Leeds Carlisle Brighton Oldham Northampton Huddersfield Tranmere Walsall Swindon Leyton Orient Hartlepool Bristol Rovers Millwall Yeovil Cheltenham Bournemouth Gillingham Port Vale Peterborough MK Dons Hereford Stockport, Wycombe, Rochdale or Darlington
Webbo Posted 17 May 2008 Posted 17 May 2008 It'd be easier to name the grounds I have been to; Walsall Sc unthorpe Orient. Hope to get to 1 or 2 others probably MK, Posh and maybe Port Vale.
