He's not bald Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 The fact that Milan hasn't got permission yet bodes well for us getting Ince I think. If he didn't want the job we would of got the no already. The things that's the hold up is Blackburn and you can't really blame Ince for holding on to see if he gets a shot. He has to say he's happy at Mk Dons incase he gets neither of the jobs. You can't blame Ince for waiting to see what happens, problem with him is that is that he is obviously very ambitious, will have no loyalty to Leicester what so ever and the chances are that even if he comes here and starts well he will probably do a Megson if the right job comes along!

No manager would have loyalty to Leiceter if the right/better job came along.
Matt Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 It's weird. I just don't really care who comes in.I almost don't want a good manager because I'll feel bad for them when Mandaric sacks them. Like when good players come here and we make them shit. I feel guilty. They deserve better. We (fans) deserve better, from these players/manager. There the ones not doing well and underperforming, only they can do something about it, no matter how much we make an atmosphere.

I hold him almost entirely responsible for everything shit that has happened to this club.

I agree - And I want him out this club, but we we're shite before Mad Mandaric came here aswell, you can't blame him for that
He's not bald Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 No manager would have loyalty to Leiceter if the right/better job came along. I agree but what I'm saying is that at this point in his career Ince would probably feel that he didn't need to stay with us until we actually gained promotion next season as long as it looked like we were heading in the right direction and would therefore be able to move on quickly to bigger and better things with no loss of face or confidence.
James. Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 I agree - And I want him out this club, but we we're shite before Mad Mandaric came here aswell, you can't blame him for that The difference is the players we bought before Mandaric were already shit. With Mandaric's deep pockets we bought good players and made them shit. Everything this club touches turns to shit. Like the Midas touch. But brown, smelly and shit.

Mandaric doesn't coach them though, that's the managers fault, which is partly Milan's problem as he employed the goobers.. Could you imagine him in tracksuit bottoms with Patrick Cox Leather Loafers and a shirt and blazer, barking orders? I would pay to see that.

Could you imagine him in tracksuit bottoms with Patrick Cox Leather Loafers and a shirt and blazer, barking orders? I would pay to see that. That's the thing. He employed 5, 6, 56 f**k knows how many managers. No wonder we couldn't get the best out of players when they're being managed by a different bloke every couple of months. It's a f**king shambles. A shitty shambles. Mandaric is a f**king lunatic. It's all just hitting me now. God this is depressing.
Phlashman Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Can we stop with all the Milan smearing? It's hardily his fault and without him we wouldn't just be down we'd probibly be in admin again. He gets a lot of stick because of the manager situation but likes just look at the facts for a moment. Rob Kelly, most people wanted him out before Milan arrived, he stuck with him for a bit but everyone knew Rob was gone. Worthington, was only ever a caretaker, but always gets counted to make the number bigger. Martin Allen, look at the shit he bought in, I think it's a godsend he was got rid of as soon as he did. Megson, again really shouldn't count to the number of managers as it really wasn't his fault bolton came along. Even more so when the Kop started "Megson for Bolton" chants. Holloway, I think most people on here when the appointment was made were happy and going on his record at Plymouth it looked like a good appointment. But obviously it didn't work out. What exactly has Milan done wrong? He's backed every manager he's bought in. Off the field he's kept prices the same when many clubs have had a price hike and he's going after another manager most of us really want. It might not all be rosey at the moment but I can tell you one thing for sure, without Milan things would be much much worse.

I always used the "we'd probably be in administration if it wasn't for Milan" until someone proved to me a) We wouldn't. Simple and b) Milan really hasn't invested that much.
thybluefox Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 We've been refused permission to talk to Ince by MK Dons.
Daggers Posted 13 June 2008 Posted 13 June 2008 Can we stop with all the Milan smearing? No. Not until he starts to do something to benefit the club.
