l444ry Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 All this frustration is the result of Mandaric opening his big gob and making rash promises/targets without having control of the situation. He now has fans expecting a quick resolution and a top class appointment - when it all goes tits up, and it will do because one man's top choice is another's last resort he'll have a load of disillusioned fans on his hands - it's the same with this Premier League in 2 seasons bollocks. The guy is a complete lose cannon - it's alright have one in an organisation but when it's the guy at the top it just chaos. Surely when Mandaric set his deadline he must have been told that Ince was on holiday until a certain date. Why did he run to the media and conduct stupid interviews? How can this club ever begin to improve while this idiot is in charge? As far as I am concerned he can take his 640k back and sling his hook.
lookwhaticando Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 There's always a few nutters. Trouble is our Chairman and Chief Exec are two of them. One down, one to go.
Rich Fox Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 One down, one to go. Bet you want the wonderfull Martin George back as he backed our managers so well with his cash!
l444ry Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Bet you want the wonderfull Martin George back as he backed our managers so well with his cash! Partly because he appointed decent managers who knew how to spend what little they did have.
lookwhaticando Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Bet you want the wonderfull Martin George back as he backed our managers so well with his cash! Where did I suggest anything of the sort? Please don't confuse one throwaway comment on someone else's view as a firmly held opinion of mine.
RedOnRed Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 The problem lies with MK Dons imo. First they come out and potentially fuk Leicester and Milan up by telling the world we have made an approach (Potentialy fuking us up if Ince turned us down...Looking like prats and basically whoever we go to next will be seen as second choice) and now as far as I can see there being twats fuking us about not letting us talk to him (I've seen nothing official saying we have been granted permission).Maybe but I doubt Ince is still on holiday, It only takes a second to say no, and he has clearly come out and talked publically about Blackburn so how come he's taking so long about discussing Leicester with his chairman/meeting with Milan? Maybe its another fuk up down to Milan, Maybe Milan is where the problem lies and this is the downfall of the deal is down to Milan, That wouldn't surprise me at all. But to reassure MK Dons fans (and if I was an MK Dons fan) i'd want confirmation from Ince saying whether the deal if off or still being discussed. Equaly i'd like the same as a Leicester fan, Where do we stand. Thanks to many years of disappointments, failures, and the rest nothing surprises me with Leicester anymore, With Milan here it just adds to that fact. Ince came back from holiday 2 or 3 days ago.
Fox You Forest Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Ince came back from holiday 2 or 3 days ago. Its simple, He has to worst case of Jet Lag ever.
Matt Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Ince came back from holiday 2 or 3 days ago. So whats the delay? excuse? Like I said in the post before surely you as an MK Dons fan wants to know what's going on, I know I would do if I supported MK Dons - Even if I was very confident he would turn Leicester down. Surely one way or another you want to know a) Whether permission is or isn't being granted and b) If Ince is or isn't interested. Also like I said before maybe Ince is interest but the best action for both parties as far as he is involved is to stay quiet - Also due to law, legal matters, fan backlash, confidentiality clauses, if that is the case though what the fuk is Wankerman pissing about at? Either grant or deny us permission to speak to him. Having said that it's probably all Milan's fault and yet again he has fuked up.
Simi Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 I reckon we've already been denied permission and Mandy is trying to save face quickly.
Matt Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 I reckon we've already been denied permission and Mandy is trying to save face quickly. Probably. Amazing how MK Dons are quick to announce our interest though and not bother announcing a denial (<------ Both clubs at fault for that).
Simi Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Probably. Amazing how MK Dons are quick to announce our interest though and not bother announcing a denial (<------ Both clubs at fault for that). Quick to announce our interest because they want to alert other clubs, like Blackburn. Meaning they'll more than likely get a higher compensation package.
davieG Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 I reckon we've already been denied permission and Mandy is trying to save face quickly. He's in discussion with As I write!

RedOnRed Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Probably. Amazing how MK Dons are quick to announce our interest though and not bother announcing a denial (<------ Both clubs at fault for that). I think we were probably quick to announce your interest because it had already been announced from your end and made public anyway. I'm not sure what's going on. Some of the word on our forums is that our chairman has denied permission and possibly would do to any club in our same division. But like I say, i'm not totally sure. It could be that Ince isn't interested and they're some how trying to find an amicable way around saying no. Having said all that who knows, the world's full of surprises, he could be your manager by the end of the weekend.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Why are people trying to pretend they know what's going on? This is all dull as ****. Just watch Euro 2008 and enjoy the break.
Fox You Forest Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Why are people trying to pretend they know what's going on?This is all dull as ****. Just watch Euro 2008 and enjoy the break. If we keep this up though were on track to meet the Governments recycling targets.
Daggers Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 If we keep this up though were on track to meet the Governments recycling targets. Nice
He's not bald Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 If we keep this up though were on track to meet the Governments recycling targets. Yeah but what about greenhouse gases? With the amount of bullshit flying around the methane gas produced must have put a massive hole in the ozone layer above Leicester!
Maybes Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 Im bored of new managers....can we not just play without one? You never know that could be the answer
Daggers Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 This is dead..HE AIN'T COMING!! This was dead when he turned us down and then refused to be considered last season. Quite how this has got to this stage of anticipation is daft - it was never anything more than a Mandaric ruse.
CKB Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 it was never anything more than a Mandaric ruse. For the imminent arrival of Gregory!
Fox You Forest Posted 12 June 2008 Posted 12 June 2008 For the imminent arrival of Gregory! I'm starting to think thats the case.
