Good amount of local businesses willing to take on Apprentices, and then the Apprentices are accused of not being 'good quality'.

Went to the local post office, and went to a girl behind the counter with another one beside her, told her that I'm collecting a parcel - and they both stood there looking at one another saying nothing, so had to go to someone who had experience.

There's graduates out there with decent grades and experience (and likely from Customer Service background); why not take them on instead?

Speaking as an employed, not unemployed, person.

Congrats on getting your first job, friend. What is it?

Pairing socks. What is the point? I am staring at a huge pile of them trying to get the courage to do it.

No one even sees them outside of the flat, sometimes I just dump them all in the drawer and wear odd socks. **** you society!

I can handle wearing different sock designs (say like a 5-pair pack with different colours) but I can't handle one being tighter or thicker than the other. Did it once and it drove me mental, had to take them both off

No, he's sixty-something.

I thought that was common knowledge.

I get weird looks when I wear my odd socks. I go for same pattern/style of socks but just different colour (i'm not that much of a farce).

But why does it bother people so much?! Either way they do their job as a sock for me.

What do people class as dressing up for dinner?

I'd certainly put a shirt and shoes on if going out for Sunday lunch or at night.

Do you go barefoot and shirtless any other time?

Be careful, Matt - you might be mistaken for a homeless dude.

Shirt and shoes means smart shirt and smart shoes.

I couldn't be mistaken as even if I was barefoot and shirtless I wouldn't be covered from head to toe in urine.

I have his latest photo taken at his last meeting with his local Councillor's dinner party.
