Novak bothers me more with his pre service routine to be honest - just how many times does one have to bounce the ball?!

At least its just the bouncing with Novak. Nadal its the sorting all clothes out, pulling half his boxer out his arse, and it's not just on his serve, its in his opponents too, so he dictates the whole pace of play. Also he does that weird thing before he goes to sit down where walks to certain point of the baseline, does a weird little skip before walking back to his seat.

Typical Zverev that set. Played some great stuff, but then at the crucial moment didn't do enough to take it.

That’s the worst ankle roll I’ve seen since Konjuh slipped on a ball at Wimbledon, will be very surprised if he comes out from this.

 

And that’s that, what a sad ending to what was a fantastic physical battle.

Hadn't clicked that if Cilic wins he'll have reached all 4 slam Finals. Would be the 11th player in the Open era to do so.

Looked disgusting really. At fast speed and his whole weight transferring on to it. 

Serious ligament damage surely?

Hope he makes a full recovery because he's a talented player. Not the way Nadal would have wanted to qualify but glad he's in the final nonetheless.
