Not entirely sure what I think about it. Surely they are representing themselves rather than Russia? If it were Davis Cup then yes I would completely agree.

Yes agree with you .

Not like they are supporting the war .

Raducanu playing Swiatek approx 5.30pm this evening, live on Amazon Prime. Will be interesting to see how Emma gets on against her, although not expecting too much seeing she has barely played on clay, and Swiatek is obviously the French Open champion!

Good company.

A breathe of fresh air this guy! Aren't they still running the rankings over a 24 month period (instead of 12) because of Covid? Presumably he would have made the top 10 a while back during normal times.

Raducanu getting through coaches quicker than Watford.

She is! She does at least seem to have an established fitness coach and physio, so that's one thing. It's all happened so out of order for her, its difficult. If she hadn't had that huge win she would be playing smaller challengers just working with a LTA coach, but now the world is her oyster and she can attract all manner of elite coaches... but she's 18 and this is her first proper year on tour - how does she know what she wants?

Must have the same itchy feet as they do!

Hopefully she will find one who can have a long term partnership with her as cannot be good to have so much chopping and changing.

Boris Becker hey... wow... he's not going to have an easy time in jail.

In cheerier news, Raducanu just pulled back from 5-2 down to win the first set in Madrid - well worth a watch. She seems to be getting the hang of this clay stuff!

Murray playing Djoko for the first time in a while soon, then.

Hope Murray at least makes him work for it.

Yep, can't wait! If he plays like he did last night, Andy will definitely give him a good match.

First time Murray has won 2 matches in a tournament for a while - see how Michael it has taken out of him I guess ?

Raducanu beaten - probably just needs to settle down with a new coach and find some consistency.

She’s hardly played on clay before as well, so it’s all still very new to her.

I think Andy will be ok seeing he has a day to recover now.

Andy has pulled out as he's ill apparently. He will be so gutted - these are the matches he's battled to be able to play. I am gutted too!

Carlos Alcaraz beats Rafa in 3 sets and with an injury apparently.

Is the real deal isn’t he ?

Yes, he will win a lot, superb player. The old guard are starting to show age now and we need great players like Alcaraz, love his tennis. For GB interests, thought draper looked good, and can certainly get up there

Oh fab! I hope you do to! I have been to Wimbledon many times and US Open twice. I really do need to make it to RG! Aus Open will probably be a retirement trip!
