They suggested it and it is pretty much smack bang inbetween Notts and Leicester. Looks like they can't get the players anyhow so not to worry.

JoeyB Posted 24 July 2008 Posted 24 July 2008 THe stupidist thing ever has just happened to me, feel free to laugh, but i woke up, and had huge ****off blisters on shoulders(one was the size of the button on a mouse) went down to the doctors, who sent me to the Burns unit in nottingham, and now cant play sport for a week incase it gets infected. **** GUTTED!!! and if anyone dont belive me , i have a picture of one of the blisters

forestrich Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Sorry for not bieng on for a while, been a bit overrushed at work. As you've all deduced, we're incredibley short of players for the 27th. Coupled with the ball ache of booking a pitch in Loughborough, it looks as though a rearrangement is the best bet. What I propose is a two legged match, a game in Leicester and a game in Nottingham. If you're up for this, we can get the ball rolling on sorting out dates. Obviously with the season starting soon, it could have a bit of an affect on when people are available. If you guys could come up with a couple of dates you think best suit, we'll do the same over at LTLF and hopefully we can get something organised. Sincere apologies for being a bit shit at organising this, I got a bit overbusy at work, and kind of hoped someone else from our team would have picked up the slack, but it seems they just decided to make other plans instead. Anyway, it's no problem for us to book a pitch in Nottingham, I know a good few pitches that would be accommodating. Again, apologies for letting this fall through.
