smokey Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Foxes SquadWhere's Tunchev? and i see Hobbs is in. I bet Tunchev's injured or were just resting him for Birmingham. I was just about to post same thing. Is there something we dont know or is this another Kaebi again? Its not exactly good preperation for the MK Dons game, 45 mins so far, i dont even think he will start that game.
GianEmmo Zola Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Keepers - Logan, Henderson Defenders - J.Chambers, Gilbert, Hobbs, Worley, Morrison, Mattock Midfielders - Oakley, Kishishev, Gradel, Wesolowski, Adams, Dyer Upfronters - Hayles, Howard, Campbell, Fryatt, A.Chambers Hayles in no sappleton
mmarkie Posted 25 July 2008 Author Posted 25 July 2008 I think i just cracked the whole Tunchev thing. It might be because he is still learning the new language.
Austin Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Meh .. Tunchev'll get in eventually haha! Please dont be another Kaebi .. haha. Good too see Hobbs.
Stevosevic Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 N'Gotty on his way out? He's not in the squad OR was Hobbs bought in because Tunchev is not as good as expected?
teblin Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Think we are so used to getting burnt with "star" signings we all fear the worst. I think the signing of tunchev although a strange one is different too Keibi, he played in europe for one. He has the stature he needs for a centre back 6 ft 2. Maybe he's not fit yet might be behind everyone in regards to pre season.
RowlattsFox Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 To repeat again.TUNCHEV IS NOT MATCH FIT YET. But isn't the point of pre-season matches to get players match fit??
Joe. Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 But isn't the point of pre-season matches to get players match fit?? Technically yeah but if he's only going to last half an hour it's not really worth it is it?
RowlattsFox Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Technically yeah but if he's only going to last half an hour it's not really worth it is it? He's going to have to play sooner or later though. If he was never going to play this saturday then he should have played some part last night in my opinion, and didn't he play 90 minutes in Slovenia. Has to be carrying a knock in my opinion because I would have thought he'd have played some part in one of the friendlies this week at least.
General Smuts Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 The only positive about all this is that Sappleton isn't in the squad so i won't miss out. Phew.

You might be right there I'm not sure but it's just annoying me with people comparing him to Kaebi. The reason he's not playing at the moment is fitness related and not to do with his ability (yet ).
Father Ted Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Keepers - Logan, HendersonDefenders - J.Chambers, Gilbert, Hobbs, Worley, Morrison, Mattock Midfielders - Oakley, Kishishev, Gradel, Wesolowski, Adams, Dyer Upfronters - Hayles, Howard, Campbell, Fryatt, A.Chambers Hayles in no sappleton From what I've seen, I would have King and Porter in there aswell as Sappleton instead of Hayles. The OS is so crap, don't even tell us what's going on with Tunchev, whether Cox is injured, etc.
Unabomber Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Good that it's quite a small squad, as there won't be too many changes. Would have thought Porter, King and Sappleton may have been included though. I assume Tunchev isn't fully fit/ready to feature yet.
Filberts lovechild Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 To repeat again.TUNCHEV IS NOT MATCH FIT YET. Well why doesn't he get off his arse and go for a run round braunstone park???
Ashley Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Quite a strong squad out for tomorrow, I hope to see the same for the Birmingham game.
mmarkie Posted 25 July 2008 Author Posted 25 July 2008 To repeat again.TUNCHEV IS NOT MATCH FIT YET. Do you think he will play the Birmingham game?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Porter, King and Sappleton are probably just being rested, I assume.
smokey Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 Porter, King and Sappleton are probably just being rested, I assume. No! Pearson as allready quoted that last night was a second string squad and Saturday is a first team squad, you will find that these three wont figure much next season. I think Porter is the most overated player at club so not arsed about him but i quite like King and Sappleton and would like them to go out on loan for a season like Gradel did.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 25 July 2008 Posted 25 July 2008 No! Pearson as allready quoted that last night was a second string squad and Saturday is a first team squad, you will find that these three wont figure much next season. Sorry Captain Bringdown.
