Sorry I played as Leicester City in championship in Manager mode using my mate's saved file and he got all these players in the team so I wonder how it happens for an example do people use a cheat or something?

No, it seems if you can afford the player you can sign them Doesn't matter how good they are or where they're from.
lavrentis Posted 20 October 2008 Posted 20 October 2008 What I used to do which was basically cheating was buy all the good free players, then put them on the transfer list and get millions. Worked every time .

I won the Championship and the League Cup with Wolves (Peno's against Bolton) I drew my first game 0-0 in the Premiership with Manchester Utd, Although they battered me with the pace they have. I have signed Zaki from Wigan to go up front with Ebanks-Blake. Need to tighten that Midfield now. Kevin Nolan is on the transfer list, I could see him doing a job for me, I would make him captain. On another note, The board are expecting me to win the league, That is very very unrealistic. I wanted them to say battle bravely against relegation, I think I am going to up it to world class mode just to make it that much difficult for me to survive.

They have called it that because you can just manage if you want and simulate all the games, which I find rather boring. It is all about playing it.

filbertway Posted 20 October 2008 Posted 20 October 2008 I love the matches online where every player is controlled by someone, I've played in for and won all 4 yeeeh. Scored 3 set up 3. With 2 thracian assists in there as well.

The Stig Posted 20 October 2008 Posted 20 October 2008 You've signed all those players while still in League One? That's just stupid. I only intend on signing one or two players in the summer. I signed them early as now I have a side which is miles too good for League 1 therefore I win every week therefore their ratings are going thorugh the roof. They are better players now than they would have been if I'd waited to sign them. However, it is a tad unrealistic that they all agreed to come to a League 1 club. I think there good signings Yeah I'm brilliant.

One of my housemates has an Xbox360 too and he downloaded the demos so we had a go. I feel dirty, but it's the right choice.
