Unabomber Posted 1 September 2008 Posted 1 September 2008 Link OS Foxes Sign Up 'Hot Shot'Posted on: Mon 01 Sep 2008 Leicester City have employed the services of Neil Plumb Photography as their official club photographer for the 2008/09 season. The company is owned by 31-year-old Neil Plumb, who this summer became a freelance photographer after 15 years in the industry. He has previously commissioned work for Neville Chadwick Photography, Raymonds Press Agency, The Press Association and Derby County Football Club plus several national, international and regional newspapers. Plumb has signed an initial one-year contract with the League One club and will capture photographs for the club's official matchday programme and website. Article continues Advertisement He said: "I have worked closely with the club before whilst at Chadwicks and Raymonds, but to have won the contract only weeks after setting up my own freelance company is a dream come true. "I am a local lad and a Foxes fan and will be putting my heart and soul into this venture. "Hopefully, the highs will outweigh the lows this season and I will be there to capture every moment of the action." City Chief Executive Lee Hoos added: "We are very proud of the media service that we offer our fans and photography forms an important element of this package. "From what I have seen of Neil's work it is of a very high standard and certainly helps bring both the matchday programme and official website to life." If you are interested in any of Neil Plumb Photography's work then feel free to contact Neil Plumb himself on 07814 432792 or [email protected] Great move for him and the club. Good Luck.

Len Finsbury Posted 1 September 2008 Posted 1 September 2008 Someone should get this story on 606 - in fact sod it - i'll have a bash! Congratulations Plumby. We used to knock about together on Wigston Harcourt when we were kids (both used to live there). Used to both go to the Meadows Scouts as well. Jeez, that seems like a lifetime ago.
