Already the best side around, but want to see just how good I can get, and whether my youngsters can develop into superstars. Thats like the first thing thing i do when i start a new game! I have training schedules for Strikers, Wingers, CM, DM, Wing backs, CD, keepers. And of course my off season one which is pure strength and aerobic to build the lazy bastards' fitness levels for the new season

Seems to work fine, although I have no clue what to do with those mardy players that think their training schedule is too hard (even when I tone it down to medium).

Yeah i know how to host one. You'll need to download Hamachi first though. EDIT: I cannot find a DB anywhere that has Seattle on it.
