Grrr...how angry are you?

Strangely enough I only tend to get wound up playing sport. I smashed a tennis racquet recently and have been sent off twice in my football career (both times as an under 13 :giggle: ). Apart from that I'm really relaxed, so much so that my old English teacher described me as being practically horizontal  .

I was doing some cladding outside last year on a Saturday morning.

basically i dint get to grips with it and made a right mess but thought i'd get it done by 1.30ish pm to enable me to get down The walkers(cant remember what game it was but im sure it was shite!)

Anyway, having started at 8am id made decent inroads until about 12pm.

I then ended up ripping my hands to shreds, cutting up bits of cladding that i shouldnt have cut and realising it was 1.45pm id had no lunch was covered in blood and had left the area in a total mess......

this resulted in me shouting at the Mrs"well.....fcuking do something then!!!'

To which she just shook her head and went inside.

THIS resulted in the ladders being lifted and thrown onto the lawn followed by the saw i was using and then the hammer, which rebouded off the ladder and just missed me.

I calmed down, washed the blood off my hands, got changed drove like a twat to the Footy by which time my heart rate was about 170bpm!!!!

i now go jogging more often to de-stress!!!!

Sorry the above was so long and boring!!!

I'm quite a laid-back and shy person, I never seek confrontation, I even try my best to avoid it.

It's probably the best way after yet another intervention murder at the weekend :(

I don't get angry too often but when I do I completely fly and let rip. People (who don't know me very, very well) always seem incredibly shocked. I did go through a phase during a particularly shitty relationship where I broke just about every piece of crockery in the house. I've also been known to punch or kick inanimate objects when I get very wound up. Apparently my eyes change colour and get much darker when I'm about to explode.

I must admit, I'm much more likely to get very angry on someone else's behalf though. If I feel 'wronged' myself I tend to get upset (and cry) rather than get angry. :/

It certainly shocked me, and unnerved as well being quite close to where I live

Ah I would think it would. Poor bloke, no one ever thanks you for stepping in anyway.

I'm really fcuking angry at the minute.

1) I'm having real big trouble with a personal tutor at the moment. I want to burn his fooking house down with him in it. There's a very good chance that I've just done 3 years at uni for nothing. I'd probably only serve that if I killed the f ucker. F ucking mother****er. I found his address on a letter last night. Mother****er.

Tell someone that he touched you in the pants!?

I'm well fooked off.

1st match of the pool season tonight. Away at a place where I've never won.

Angry/Mardy very often.

Especially when rushing around and when the working environment is not good (at three different workplaces at the same time!). It is enough to make me contemplate a move!
