morris1234 Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 F~UCK YES! he should have left it for adams then! simon church is an arse
Matt Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 There actually chanting "1-0 to the sheepshaggers" Nicky Adams nearly scored there, 2 Wales players racing to get to the ball first, Adams just got outrun.
Koke Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 How long has Stephen Taylor been playing for the U21?
Daggers Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Johnson pointing to his name on his shirt then just made him look an absolute cunt. The reason why England boys are despised by their own fans at Wembley - an attitude like that and he'd better produce every match from hereonin. Middlesboro' must be so proud!
Koke Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Adam Johnson is a good footballer though. Not the smartest of people, but the lad can play football pretty darn good.
Daggers Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Adam Johnson is a good footballer though. Not the smartest of people, but the lad can play football pretty darn good. Yup...just a bit of a cock. And I should know. I are one.
Finnegan Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 That's about fair for half time, I think. We're embarrassingly bad at the back. Fooking Thracian's golden-boy should have had Wheater's off the line. But at least one of your goals came against the run of play so probably no complaints that so did our second. Not a bad little midfield that, though. Though I think King looks rather out-classed (and certainly out worked) by Ramsey and MacDonald. MacDonald's execution might be a little bit poor, but Andy King keeps wanting to go backwards all the time. A couple of times Ramsey's been in space and King's had his back to him with the ball and just given it to a defender. Disappointing, contrary to my mocking I'd actually really like King to be a quality player for Leicester and Wales.
dandannieldanok Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 How long has Stephen Taylor been playing for the U21? I'm not sure but he is a horrendous defender.
Finnegan Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 I'm not sure but he is a horrendous defender. I don't think he's that bad. He's certainly better than Eardley, Nyatanga and co'. I know he slipped but I'm not sure he was exclusively at fault for the goal, it was a good little move.

A bit harsh that didn't you have somebody else on the line make a limp effort to raise his leg to stop the ball, it looked like King would have had to kick him to stand a chance of doing anything. Mind you he is very much in the 'Wilkins' mould of sideways and backwards. 2-2 seems about right.
Collymore Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 it's been a good game although England haven't got out of 2nd gear. Nice to see Kingy troubling the keeper with a swirler
Finnegan Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Finners is this worth me turning Fifa 09 off to watch? 2 - 2, pretty good atmosphere, I'd guarantee more goals. Up to you, mate, it isn't like watching Brazil but it's better than what we get down the Walkers every week.

Ashley Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 It's been a very good game so far. Most of the goals have been good finishes. Agbonlohar's goal was took very well, nice finish. Come on England.
Finnegan Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Disappointed but I think that's about fair. Proud of the lads. The chasm of quality between the two sides was somewhat obvious and I think we overcame that fairly well.
lildave3 Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Cracking watch that I thought. Mancienne seemed to win everything. Huddlestone was poor. Agbonlahor's finish was tidy. King did ok. Church can finish. And that concludes my thoroughly entertaining summary.
Daggers Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 The Rest did ok against Premiership Junior 11 I'm looking forward to my night out on Tuesday
Finnegan Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Micheal Mancienne is a god. Not sure you'd be saying that if we'd have won by that goal.
Joe. Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 Sounds like a respectable Wales performance from the match report I've just read.
martyn Posted 10 October 2008 Posted 10 October 2008 A mid table premiership club should splash out £4-5m for Mancienne, very good player. As for the Leicester players, King was his usual self, tidy in possession for the majority but drifted out of the game too frequently. Adams was decent first half but gave it away every time he touched it second half, probably why he was hauled off.
