purpleronnie Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 He should have a word with the stewards then.
Poakey Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 fook off you patronising **** I dont find it patronising. To be fair,he only wants what we all want,a good atmosphere so why all the moaning?Like it or not,hes the clubs owner, hes allowed to say what he wants.
demon_dog Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 MM speaks again! Almost certainly be a draw or defeat again.
Tilley Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 The roof will indeed be raised. For the first five minutes. We will mis-time a pass & the groans will ring around the stadium. We will then come to life agin at around the 33 minute mark when Fryatt misses a sitter, we will then sing for a further 2 and a half minutes. At around 44 minutes, the majority will be downstairs, eating, pissing, doing whatever we do at half-time, at this point Ricky Lambert would have scored from Bristol Rovers only move of the game & we will be one nil down at half time. We might get 5 minutes of singing in around the hour mark, & the roof will still be intact.
Corky Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 I reckon the reason Mandaric wants people to stop booing is because he does it and wants to be on his own.

Ryanside Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 A rallying cry from Milan is not going to make much difference, i wish he would add to this with the annoucment of standing areas or unreserved seating, so that the fans are allowed to support their team in the way many of us want to!!

Well I'm sure he'd love to do that as it would be very popular, but as it's against the law and he's already come to the attention of the police I don't think it's going to happen any time soon
Matt Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 Milan, Shut the fook up. Did we have a problem before you started piping up? No. Did our "problems" or "crisis" or "drop in form over the last few games" start when you started talking? Yes. We can't blame it all on Milan because TBH he hasn't done anything that could really effect our on pitch problems, but it just seems when ever Milan pipes up - you know something is going wrong, or something bad is on the horizon.
Thracian Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 Mandaric's right to a point but while the fans are expected to remain seated it's niave to think there's going to be a consistently vocal atmosphere.
Staf Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 Just been on the Bristol Rovers website says they are bringing 2,500 so should be a good atmoshphere. Will be good to see Stuart Campbell seen him a few times and he looks decent i suppose someone will boo him.
Daggers Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 ...it's against the law You sure on that? Peterborough are breaking the law? Cardiff?
Bellend Sebastian Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 You sure on that?Peterborough are breaking the law? Cardiff? Actually, I'm not sure at all. I don't think you can take seats out of a stadium that's already all seater, can you? Perhaps you can. Has anyone done it? Or do they just assume it's not worth it because they're BOUND to get promoted again straightaway. In my mind, we're still in the Premier League, poor deluded fool that I am
GloverFox Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 ... Gods Teeth ... give the bloke a break ..... stop all the bloody whinging and put as much effort into supporting the team for a change. I 'enjoy' a six hour round trip to support the City .... moaning? NO Will I be there Sat? Yes Singing? Yes Pie at half-time? ....... HHhhmm ... perhaps!!! .... okay, okay ... Yes! Even if we did win this League it won't be good enough for some folks!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 I'm going to boo the people that are booing. That'll show 'em

I don't think anyone seriously thinks NP should go. That is just Billy Liar talk. Don't believe everything the SMerc tells ya. If people have in their own mind made up that Pearson should go then they are just tossers who know nothing about being successful and their opinions are void
Kilworthfox Posted 31 October 2008 Posted 31 October 2008 He said: "I may be the chairman of this football club but, deep down, I am a supporter like everyone else, and want to see us doing well and winning matches. The more this guy opens his mouth, the more he alienates himself with me, a lifelong LCFC fan. I was born into LCFC, I did not have to pay £25 Million or seduce the local media to say so either
Lovejoy Posted 1 November 2008 Posted 1 November 2008 I'm still expecting the roof to be somewhere high in the air when I arrive tomorrow !
