Shrenchel Posted 20 November 2008 Author Posted 20 November 2008 Don't agree with their policies on Immigration, although it does need to be stopped now as there are too many people living in this country. However, I do agree with theabolition of the Human Rights Act - which they propose to do - and they're the only party who will bring back the Death Penalty - something I agree with !! Well if you think it needs to be stopped then surely you do agree with their policies on immigration?! Yeh human rights, fook 'em. It's what millions of people have died in the cause of but if the News of the World says they're stopping us having a good old witch hunt on some paedos then that's good enough for me.
wirralsimon Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 Im a Daily Telegraph reader thanks I have been on the Daily Telegraph forums and that statement tells me everything I need to know!

Thracian Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 But the thing is, fewer people are coming into the country now than at the turn of the millennium. The other thing is that we don't just open the borders to anyone and everyone who wants a job. There are rules and procedures in place that stop this. There always were. Those coming from outside the EU have always needed a work permit, and to have a work permit, they need to have an offer of employment. EU citizens are allowed to move around the EC to work, or to look for work, but have to be economically self-sufficient. This includes adequate health cover (Form E111, the one we need to have when going on holiday, is the one that guarantees them emergency NHS treatment). Those who have come across from the recently added Eastern European states have been subjected to further restrictions, in that they have had to register under the Workers Registration Scheme. For the earlier accession states, the employer was responsible for this (it is a criminal offence not to register the employee), but the Bulgarians and Romanian workers who don't hold valid registration certificates are now also criminally liable. Whilst it is easy to say that we are indiscriminately allowing people to come over here and take our jobs, the fact is that the jobs are there in the first place, and they are not being taken by the indigenous population. We should be addressing the issues as to why we have to go abroad to fill vacancies, not blaming it on immigration policy. It seems to me that politically it is easier to have the media blame foreign outsiders than it is for people to be openly critical of this country and its failings. One other thing to note, our Government is able to restrict the job market to foreigners at any time. It is very easy with those outside the EU, but even EU Directives exist that allow the UK to prevent EU workers from coming into the UK. Despite all the furore surrounding immigration policy over the last few years, it's interesting that this Directive has been so rarely used. Well said that man! Fewer people coming here? Despite many industries being decimated and more to come The Office of National Statistics showed that 577,000 migrants moved to Britain in 2007 while the number of people leaving totalled 340,000. The net difference was 237,000 adding greatly to the strain on our already stretched domestic services. That influx of foreigners was the second highest on record and further statistics showed that the number of applications in the quarter July-September from asylum seekers wishing to come to the UK soared 12%, representing a fifth successive quarterly increase. Immigration has directly added 1m people to the UK's population (which is already said to be growing to fast for the infrastructure to cope) in the last five years and is, according to a joint statement by former Labour welfare minister Frank Field and the conservative Nicholas Soames, much higher than expected and close to the record of 2004. It would, they said, "come as a shock to ministers", though I seriously doubt that. They'll know. Those, of course are official stats and comment from a Labour spokesman, not something made up by the right. The real stats are likely to be far more shocking especially considering a senior immigration official told MPs that up to 300,000 visas allowing foreigners to enter Britain are wrongly handed out every year. That's right "every year". Labour doesn't really want to hear any of that, any more than its legion of loyal supporters on here. They don't want anything to hinder their idealogical express as it hurtles on its merry way regardless of the miserable consequences some have already experienced and will doutbless experience even more harshly soon and in various ways. Even Labour's own newly appointed immigration minister Phil Woolas has so upset party zealots he's had to be kept away from the public eye after saying that many asylum seekers in Britain are actually economic migrants who manage to stay here by hiring taxpayer-funded lawyers to exploit the Human Rights Act. No wonder that flawed Act is so vigorously championed by people with a vested interest in the legal profession. Who can blame them? Mr Woolas said: "The system is played by migration lawyers to the nth degree" adding that "one asylum seeker even won a claim after going through six levels of appeal." How ripe could a system be for abuse by the professionals who keep its wheels turning? Immigration policy might be a shambles and the system might be gleefully gang-raped on a daily basis by the lawyers involved but, with so many of those learned folk being Labour Party members, I don't bet that anything will change quickly. Which prompts me to ask... any jobs going at your place.

Bunch of hypocritical tossers if you ask me! Simon Have a look at Red Watch - they publish names, addresses, phone numbers and other contact details (alongside pictures) for their knuckle-dragging Combat18 enforcers to act upon. Lovely people, just like any other political party!
lavrentis Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 haha I know where a house is in a town near me who is on the list - it shall be called the BNP house!
Daggers Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 I have the link to it Shall I post? No. It will be deleted anyway. Anyone can Google it if they really want it.
Lamby Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 No. It will be deleted anyway.Anyone can Google it if they really want it. But mine is the top top secret link
Asha Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 But mine is the top top secret link I typed in a really obvious search in google, and had the list within a minute. There's no point in posting it, people can easily find it if they really want to.
Daggers Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 But mine is the top top secret link Not sure how that's different. My favourite reason for leaving the party so far: Will not be renewing 07 (unhappy with short 1st year of membership)
stez Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 But mine is the top top secret link it's best not to put mark in the situation of bnp-ers wanting to sue.......or whatever........

stez Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 WTF is all this about? They look like they need to get a job to me! pretty much what i thought, of course they're NOT advising anyone to do anything illegal, just the the information 'wisely'
Daggers Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 Membership suspended (inappropriate tattoo). Exactly what does a Nazi-sympathiser have to have tattooed in order to get kicked out of the BNP? Bob Marley's face? A kitten? The full details of the membership?

coale39 Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 That's because the majority of the population get their information on immigration from a limited number of sources telling them that this is the case. Glad your here talking sense

And it still doesn't alter the fact fewer people are coming here. The HRA is not just being jumped on by foreigners, Thrac, there are enough Brits trying to take advantage of it, and most are failing to succeed. It's not unusual for immigration cases to be appealed several times. First of all, we have a hierarchy of courts, so you appeal your way through the system, then when you don't succeed, you go back again and appeal the deportation order. And don't forget, the system works the other way, so the Home Secretary will appeal decisions to allow certain individuals to stay. If you can come up with a system that is fair and just, then I'm sure that your scheme will be much appreciated. All of our systems have loopholes, and can be played, why should immigration be the worst? Yes, we do have jobs going.

Why should we be the c'est pit of everyother countries unwanted. Charity starts at home. Europeans and foreigners laugh at us, soft touch. Yes i do know, yes i know a lot who laugh at us British, they openly take the pi**. Why should we let them in? Get Britains off their arse and into work. People of the early 20th century would be turning in their graves to see whats happened. All that the boys fought for is totally undermined. We have such a softly softly approach to things its unreal. Bring back national service too. And yes i'd do it tomorrow before you ask. Make people realise that this country is worth fighting for. Im really worried by the youth of today sitting there going braaap and all the crap they come out with. Perhaps im too old fashioned for my age.

So you'd be happy if Brits are no longer allowed to go and retire in the Med? Or go and emigrate to Australia? Or go and get summer jobs abroad? As I understand it, most people want to settle in Germany, not the UK. As for soft touch, you still haven't told me how much benefit these immigrants are entitled to.
Rodderz Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 Right I can't be arsed to read all this, because I know it will be shit, as per. Does it fooking matter who votes for who. Just because someone votes for BNP doesn't make them racist. My uncle has mixed-race grand-children, yet he still votes, but he loves his grandchildren. So he's a racist then is he ? BNP isn't racist, because some people who vote are racist, doesn't make the party racist, I know people that are racist who vote Labour, so does this make the Labour party racist eh ? it fooking annoys me how people sit here and moan about the state of affairs in this country, yet do fook all to solve the problems And it wouldn't suprise me if I got called racist for this

Thats not my problem with the BNP, my problem is the party Is RAN by racists. They are also clearly discriminating against foreign people. I work at a factory currently, if there was no immigrants, the place would close down, and the immigrants work better than the English people there (Myself included)
Thracian Posted 20 November 2008 Posted 20 November 2008 I know people that are racist who vote Labour, so does this make the Labour party racist eh ? Damn right they are and a some are even doubly racist. They hate anyone who's white and anyone who's English.
