dandannieldanok Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 How much injury time are we going for if United are still behind at the 90? I'll be optimistic for Bayern and say only the 5 minutes.
shen Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Surely now a Barca-Bayern final. Little doubt who'll end up victorious. Best of luck to Bayern really, they've deserved to progress over the two legs in my opinion. I'd fancy the French side that goes through frankly...
Darkzzz_ Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Nani has been brilliant of late, very impressed with his form.

Fox You Forest Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Only three minutes Sir Alex will be disgusted.
Darkzzz_ Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Every league has its cycle of dominance, they'll be firing away again next year.
lou Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Dont know why anyone would support a foreign team over an English one - sorry Disappointed Man United didnt get through to be honest. Would never celebrate a German team winning anything
Tommeh Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Excellent, hopefully a reality check English football needs. 1 French, 1 Spanish, 1 German and 1 Italian side in the semi finals. And no from the "best league in the world"
Samilktray Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 First time in 7 years there hasnt been an English side in the semis, pretty impressive stuff that. Pesky sunbed robbing barstools.
BoneDog Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 That must be hard to take for Man Utd fans after being 3-0 up. What a frickin goal from Robben. Waiting for that ball to come down you could sense what was gonna happen.
Maybes Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Refreshing to see no english based sides in the last four for once.
Joe. Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 I really enjoyed that, excellent game of football. I thought United were virtually home and dry when three goals up, but Olic's goal from pretty much nowhere made half-time a totally different scenario. Then the red card came and I don't think many people were going to bet against Bayern from getting another. The goal from Robben was worthy of winning any game, absolute beauty. I can't stand the bloke but there's no denying he really is a quality footballer. I'm not too fussed about United going out, but I always like to have an English team left in the latter stages to keep the interest up a bit more.
Fosse Boy Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Excellent, hopefully a reality check English football needs. 1 French, 1 Spanish, 1 German and 1 Italian side in the semi finals. And no from the "best league in the world"
purpleronnie Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 Every league has its cycle of dominance, they'll be firing away again next year. If Barca win it this year it will be 6 spanish team champions league winners out of the last 13 seasons. Beats any other nation easily..
Finnegan Posted 7 April 2010 Posted 7 April 2010 To be fair, even with that borne in mind, wanting England's best player to get injured just so they have less of a shout in South Africa is more than a little childish. No wonder Scotland do poorly if their fans derive more pleasure from English failure than Scottish success. I don't think thats true, but i think they feel its a nice bit of compensation. Yeah pretty much. Good game, good result, glad to see. Sorry, but the prospect of another Manchester United final, having to listen to more media slobbering over Rooney and a repeat billing of last year's climax don't inspire me at all. That and, frankly, I just don't enjoy watching Man Utd. I really do miss the good old days when everyone wanted to see Man Utd and their shit glory supporting fans lose all the time.
