I have heard of managers cementing a reputation for discipline and toughness by making an example of one player and have to wonder if this has been the case with Psssh. Whatever, the sooner Psssh re-motivates himself, sorts himself out, kick-starts his career and proves how harsh and short-sighted we were to blank him, the better.

The guy strikes me as a waste who's happy to pick up his paycheck rather then put the time in to improve. He's been ignored by quite a few managers now and has had no offers to go out on loan either. So many the manager is not making an example out of him and he's just a shite and waste of space.

You'll possibly be proved right but I don't think any other manager ignored him. He was injured for most of last season but had featured under previous regimes and was always well regarded as a footballer as far as I could see. I also believe that he had at least one loan offer post Christmas.

I don't think it's on ability, he can be a useful player, so it is probably about other things, such as discipline and attitude. Pearson must have a valid reason for not picking or including him at all, I don't think he's the sort of bloke or manager that just leaves out players for no good reason.
