Delighted by the support shown by each forum member to another, defenatly brought us clooser together and I'd much rather be involved in games like that than when we play the 1st game v cov and Internet foxes and the like.

I agree with that as well.:)

Although we weren't at our free flowing best in the final we were literally never EVER going to win it.

I've got a fair few bumps and bruises which is part of any football match, but in this case, knowing how I got them I am a bit more pissed off than usual.

In particular I'm now in discomfort thanks to a pain in my back, caused by a massive old twat's knee, which knocked me into the ball sending it back where it came from, to shouts of 'he got the ball' and 'it's a man's game' from the touchline. Sitting on a shit chair in front of a computer at work sure was fun today.

I was also nearly on the end of one of these by Frankenstein's monster:

A couple of inches closer and that would have been more teeth I'd have lost playing football against shit ****s who can't play football.

Like others have said, I don't want to lump them all in together as there was a good battle going on in the middle of the park, the ginger guy and partner in the first half were nice blokes and good players, however you just have to admit that certain individuals let the rest of them down. The way some of them celebrated at the end when an 18 year old had been choked and a 17 year old was about to be taken to hospital was one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen from people of that age.

I'll admit now that I won't be playing against Bentley's Hoof ever again. I was part of a team that won an Alliance league cup this year and I can promise you that the team we played, with a reputation for being hard and unfair, had nothing on the antics of Bentley's today, in a game that ultimately meant nothing.

Having said that really enjoyed the day up until that point, and it was a pleasure to be part of a team of lovely chaps who wanted to play the gentleman's game.

I seen you took a few hard knocks during the first half Ryan, all well over the top challenges.

:/ I know.

I never really get animated during matches, but yesterday was too much. The fact that a lot of us will still be feeling the effects now is testament to the old relics and their thuggery

The moment in the final that summed it up for me, was when Tommeh was running with the ball from right to left and 3 of there player all came in with studs showing slide tackles.

For me it was when the ref gave a free kick to them for ungentlemanly conduct when two of our players ran into each other.

Can't say i've ever seen that before.

Im still puzzled about the free kick he gave them right on the edge of our area too which saw Hammond pull off that great save.

I agree with this aswell, considering only we only have matches, get togethers every few months the togetherness of this forum is quality, everyone sticking there neck out for there on that pitch, I know a few people are best mates etc but it is still good. Thanks again for those who helped me and for all the messages guys means alot :)

It was all set up for them to win, they were the brains behind the event. They cheated you plain and simple. Also Soho Fox is reading this forum now.

If you thinks ultra's bad, wait till you see him post.

Lads, for a game that meant nothing you are certainly doing a lot of talking about it. I was one of the good guys (didn't get involved unless the ball was there) and didn't agree with some of the over the top reactions but I don't think the ref caused your loss. You could have won with a little more steel but the younger lads are never going to get involved in a battle and that's the way it was planned. To say we took it seriously is funny considering you have people on here giving out players of the tournament awards for two 60 minute games????? Forget it now because 95% of you will be playing more games like that in the future. Not so sure about our some of our lot managing too many more games

oh and thanks for 'not playing your strongest team in the final'

If we can ever return the favour let us know and I'll bring me dad, I mean the ref

Done in the first challenge some lanky twat that stuck his elbow in as he ran by. I thought I were just badly winded at first..

Hence the reason I nearly throtled that kid was because he'd just kicked me in me broken rib again..

I tell ya what, it really fooking hurts now, the upside being that the pain killers are fooking awesome though..

Still, I believe I was the only keeper on the day to keep a clean sheet..

And once me rib's better that short arse pitch invader bloke who was trying to strangle me will get a right good fooking shoeing next time I see him. He was lucky I already knew me rib's were fooked..

How they ever expected to win with a fooking Weeble as manager I'll never know..

I fooking love these painkillers me

For starters LD3 dad was not the manager and to finish, the above poster (not sanchez) is a cock.

Oh and for the chap that states "95% of games you playing in now will be similar", I very much doubt that. After playing two seasons at Sunday League mens level there arn't very many matches that come close to the one on yesterday in terms of brutality from the opposing the teams, the referee's dont let it happen and quite rightly so.

To be honest you would have thought a grown man would behave a little better then that. Ok it was heated and thats football but the way they acted from what i've read seems way over the top.

Who broke his rib anyway ?

I hope im not that lanky t**t reffered in his quote. As when i went for a challenge i hit his ribs but it was a fair challenge. Once again, the minority i must say, of roofers being tits. Supprised he did'nt react to mine or Ashleys challenge in the manner he did to lildave's. So what if he's already hurt his ribs no need to take it out on someone proberly less then half of his age. And how old is he saying he's going to give someone a shoeing <_< . I think it was me and CatBurger that there centre mid was talking to during the fighting and he said to us our team need to grown up there over 40 and acting so immature. That summed it up for me. And also it's in the past now i know but that corner towards the end that Tommeh won a throw of and he pulled it back for another corner becuase he had'nt even seen a whole passage of play  .

What a twat. If he's injured then get off the pitch, simple.

lol I used to enjoy Jackieguaccamole's posts when I posted on the old Fox Fanzine. Ended up hoping Big Nev laid him spark out yesterday.

And we're all Leicester!

I use to post on the same board. They came across as decent city fans.

Guiza you lanky twat! :P Good lad!

I don't even know if it was me or not tbh but i went up for a challenge and he went down like a sack of tatto's after. But ahh well if it was :P .

Not to start a whole new moan but am i right in thinking that the ref is a Roofer? He left a post on the topic about the keepers broken rib. Or did everyone else already know that and i'v missed it :P .

Reading Bentley's Roof, that stringysleftfoot sounds like a twat

Happy to set the record straight the two players colided trying to foul a Bentleys player (and there best foward took no further part) hence the free kick for un- sporting behavior by means of a reckless challange.

The free kick would have to have been in-direct, and the Referee would have to have cautioned the offending player(s). The in-direct free kick would be because he'd stopped play to administer a caution for unsporting behaviour.

Please tell me thats not when Tommasi and cant remember who else collided. Might have been Maybes? They were both clean through and ran into reach other going for the ball not trying to take someone out.
