If they do sell Lescott and replace him with Senderos....

Laisse le Philippe tranquille!!! :pirate:

(Senderos isn't that bad and a similar type to Lescott - and three years younger, anyway)

Brilliant signing for Hull but don't forget its nor permanent, just a loan deal so if he does well it is probably safe to say he wont be at Hull next season similar to Amr Zaki.

On that note is Zaki heading back to Wigan? I know he had a few issues with the club but he was a top player o his day.

Luca Toni may be on his way to West Ham Utd on a season long loan.

Good friends with Zola and wants out of Bayern.

Would be a good signing. Not sure how old he is but use to be a quality targetman.

Would love to see Toni in the prem. I'm liking Zola's thinking this summer, not a lot going on but Luis Jimenez (and hopefully Toni) in, and possibly Lucas Neill out, good stuff.

Not sure if it's already been mentioned but Leeds have signed Michael Doyle on loan from Cov. I believe he was Cov's captain last season so another decent signing. If Leeds keep Beckford then they'll surely finish top 2.

I wonder how Toni would fare in the Prem, but I'm actually looking forward to that. Love the man and his goal celebrations.

Quality signing for West Ham, should it happen.

That solo goal against The Netherlands was class. God knows how he didn't blaze the goal third from last over the crossbar.

Just had a look on wiki he is 32. I remember he was a bit late before he hit his prime. Didn't win his first cap for Italy until 2004.

Reminds me of Santa Cruz in terms of style of play.

13.05 Coventry City have now confirmed that an undisclosed fee has been agreed with Portsmouth for the signing of Martin Cranie.

Ridiculously good signing. Why haven't we had a pop at this?
