lildave3 Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Requesting a transfer from one of the biggest clubs in the world after one good season, who does he think he is? It's different, i'll give you that.
Father Ted Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Out of interest how is Xabi Alonso a twat? Out of interest why do you always back up anybody who wears a Liverpool shirt?? Look in the fcuking mirror and please realise that LCFC is not for you!
AjcW Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Requesting a transfer from one of the biggest clubs in the world after one good season, who does he think he is? 1: Theres about 20 clubs who class themselves under that title. 2: Id say nearer 3, maybe 4 good seasons actually. 3: A world class midfielder, well within his rights to request a transfer after 5 years at one club, I would say thats bloody loyal buy todays standards.

I guarantee you wouldn't be able to name ten bigger clubs in the world than Liverpool. 2. Proper Liverpool fans, not the Sky Sports bunch, say Alonso had previously shown nothing close to his form last season. 3. World class is debatable, in reality he's not close to the brilliance of Xavi and Iniesta. Given his inconsistent form over that five years, it's arguable that the club have been the loyal ones.
martyn Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Considering Liverpool made no attempts to hide the fact they wanted rid of Alonso in 2008, I have no problem with him sticking 2 fingers up at them now.

MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Exactly not that controversial, just showing his annoyance at someone's incompetence. Levy is a pr*ck anyway. I hope he gets the move he wants, I'd certainly rather go Sunderland than those two shit clubs. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/t...and/8178460.stm Supposed to be finalized today.
Fox92 Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Lescott going to Man City for 22million? He's never worth that, I rate Richard Dunne better than him. I remember when he scored against us in the last minute for Wolves, that volley from a corner I think. Seems like yesterday and he's been at Everton for a fair bit.
Tevez Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Karl Hawley and Lee Hughes uptop for Notts County. Bloody hell.
dandannieldanok Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Karl Hawley and Lee Hughes uptop for Notts County. Bloody hell. Very decent, they've got Luke Rodgers also who is handy in League 2. Hughes will bag at least 20 if he doesn't get injured.
Uncle Albert Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Out of interest why do you always back up anybody who wears a Liverpool shirt?? Look in the fcuking mirror and please realise that LCFC is not for you! I will stick up for any team I want to if thats alright with you, most people on here have a 2nd team just look in the Champions League thread from last season to do that. And who the fuck are you to say LCFC arent for me? Sorry I don't post constantly in that part of the forum but discussing LCFC every minute of the day doesnt interest me and I think alot of others would agree with that. Cretin. Alonso = Overrated If Serbia could produce half as a good a midfielder as Xabi Alonso then you could call yourself a half decent footballing nation.
Budweiser Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Considering Liverpool made no attempts to hide the fact they wanted rid of Alonso in 2008, I have no problem with him sticking 2 fingers up at them now. Exactly, I don't see how Alonso is possibly a twat after last summer.
Edmund Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 I see Bunn has signed on loan at Sheff Utd. Hope he doesn't know our weak points from his time here to divulge to the Sheffield camp before our meet.
Budweiser Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Darren Bent, 14m? Has the world gone insane. We could all see he wasn't worth the 16.5m Spurs paid, so why the hell would they pay 2.5m less?
AjcW Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 "His pedigree is unbelievable - if he was a dog he'd win Crufts," ......... told the ......... Gazette. Go on then, late night trivia, fill in the blanks to reveal which twat said that, and who is he talking about

AjcW Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Well done sir, although I would imagine that nine year old who posted his leicester season predictions could of guessed that
Samilktray Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Darren bent is a very underrated striker despite his price tag
AjcW Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 Obviously Ollie..on Charlie Adam? Nope.... Kike de lucas, or whatever his name is shortened too.
Ultra Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 1. I guarantee you wouldn't be able to name ten bigger clubs in the world than Liverpool. Maybe not - but Real Madrid are definitely one of them. Don't blame Alonso for wanting to move there.
Tilley Posted 4 August 2009 Posted 4 August 2009 Senderos in talks with Everton. It's still beyond me how he was played for Arsenal, AC Milan and now possibly Everton. He is AWFUL.
lildave3 Posted 4 August 2009 Posted 4 August 2009 Senderos in talks with Everton. It's still beyond me how he was played for Arsenal, AC Milan and now possibly Everton. He is AWFUL. Oh dear.
Tilley Posted 4 August 2009 Posted 4 August 2009 If they do sell Lescott and replace him with Senderos....
