Fox You Forest Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Siddle looks like he's going to throw up on the pitch.
surrifox Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 swinging and seaming nicely - they will struggle in these conditions if we bowl well,- makes the lame arse performance by the middle order yesterday all the worse and potentially costly
Tilley Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 At least we're past the 400 mark. Nice to see our tail end hanging in there.
Milky Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Beautiful from Anderson. His batting buddy Cook is working wonders.

Flynny Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Are there any of those sites that cheekily mirror sky sports knocking about like there is in the football season?
purpleronnie Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Just got up and were all out WTF! 400 would have been the minimum England would have wanted at the start so at least they have that but after the start we had we would of been looking at 550 and to put loads of pressure on the Aussies like they did against us. With the Aussie batting line up I cant see them getting less than 400, but who knows if the ball keeps swinging about anythings possible.

Covering all bases again i see, watch you don't get splinters in your arse.
Tilley Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 I hope we can get Ponting out pretty quick so he can't repeat what happened in Cardiff.
Joe. Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Very disappointing collapse from when Cook went out really, but I suppose 425 isn't too bad considering it could have been much worse for us. Strauss seems to have a habit of not lasting long the next day if he stays in overnight, but it was a bit annoying seeing him go second ball of the day really. Get Ponting out quickly, and we might be onto something. Easier said that done though unfortunately...
James. Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 3 maidens from Flintoff and Jimmy is getting some swing. What a toss to win, I reckon the Australians could struggle today.
Milky Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Even if he didn't hit it, would've been LBW anyway. He's got no complaints. Monkey boy.
Craig Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Even if he didn't hit it, would've been LBW anyway. He's got no complaints. Monkey boy. Indeed, on seeing Hawkeye it was clearly out
Tilley Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 So happy about that, I bloody can't stand Ponting. Hope we can get a third wicket before they start hitting the 30's/40's.
Cobbo Posted 17 July 2009 Posted 17 July 2009 Yes Hawk Eye said out - but the Ump said no to that - so he is still unlucky to be given out for a catch. Who cares though? It's Ponting. Woop.
