Tesco stacking shelves. Good fun especially if all your mates work there too.

With no experience required it is all about showing enthusiasm and that you understand that what they are looking for is someone who is reliable, trustworthy and will work hard. Anything you can say to show you have seen things through, or worked hard at something, or been reliable? Have some examples in mind.

It was at this point that I discovered that Hell actually has eight circles and not the more commonly accepted seven.

Maintenance assistant at Belmont House hotel saturday job. Was probably the most chillin thing ive done.

Would just sit in an office and wait for a call. On a hard days work you would help an old dear pull her stiff window down in her room. :D

Pot Washer at Quorn Country Hotel was good pay at £5 something an hour, worked there for about 7 months but got the sack because they wouldnt give me the time off for the Chelsea Leicester game so I didnt turn up and just went to the game.

First proper job was an office thing just down the road. Was cushty as ****. Then they lost the contract and everyone got made redundant. Typical.

I've applied for a CNC Operators job at this new place opening, I ain't ever used the CNC before, I worked around them but only assembled the stuff....can't be that hard to learn how to operate :giggle:

Wouldn't be keen on doing it in all honesty though, I applied for 2 other jobs at the same place (Bench Joiner and Machinist) in hope I get 1 of the 3 jobs, preferably Bench Joiner, if I got one of the other jobs i'd do it, but with the idea to move onto the Bench once a place becomes available.

Where's the Joinery company you work for based? Leicester?
