Apparently the pass for Cardiff's 3rd is something too look out for.

The guy who does Live Text on BBC said it was pass of the decade....

Nicky Shorey may be recalled from Forest, says O'Neill, for defensive cover. Hopefully weakening Forest's defence :)

hehe, I like your optimism but last night Perch played there and is one of the best tacklers at the club (can't pass though) and got himself a goal too. We've also got Joel lynch who can play there and Chris Cohen so whilst none are as good as Shorey (apparently talks are on going to bring him back) we do have plenty of cover.

Bring on the sheep.

You should be looking at double figures against Derby, and tbh I'm not even joking. Forest are just untouchable at the moment.

It's 1-0 Derby at the moment.

Sounds as though they're playing out of their skins as well. This could potentially be a result to change both teams seasons, the loss or win of a big derby can prove to be massive.

Final score 1-0.

Only worry is that Newcastle will be well and truly fired up to open up a yawning chasm between themselves and the chasing pack.

Get in!!

Rob Hulse  Made my day so far, hopefully we can get a result.

Can't understand why people are so pleased that Forest lost to Derby? If Plymouth did them over then I'd have a giggle, but it's Derby ffs.

What's the deal with Billy Davies refusing to shake hands with Nigel Clough? What a mardy tit, he may be a good manager but he's such a sore loser.

Not sure if it had something to do with the handbags at the end between the players, but he certainly didn't come out with any credit.

Forest could get beaten by a Child Pornographers XI and I'd still be fvcking over the moon.

Classic!

No fan of Derby by a long stretch but the unbridled arrogance of Forest's fans during this run has made them very easy to dislike, and any setbacks they suffer all the sweeter.

I'd love to sit next to you at the walkers :D

Peterborough have sacked Mark Cooper.

I wonder if their fans would moan about being 8th in the league with a stable manager and players who arent ego maniacs

Gotta love Peterborough for the sheer comedy value.

No manager worth his salt would touch that poisoned chalice with a shitty stick, I'm pretty sure that MacAnthony is genuinely certifiable based on his behaviour this season. My guess is they'll suffer a humliatingly bad relegation to League One and never return to this league. I can't say I'll miss them.

On the manager front, I hear a former England coach is available.

From BBC Sport's Deadline Day Coverage

1240: Let's pretend I'm neutral, just for a second, and agree this is a brilliant story from the Championship: Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has accused Derby manager Nigel Clough of hitting him during Saturday's 1-0 victory to the Rams. Davies claims he was kneed in the back of the leg by Clough in a melee on the pitch in the dying moments of Derby's 1-0 win at Pride Park.

Can't take a loss well then Billy?

How many managers are Peterborough going to go through before they realise they're going down anyway? I think Cooper would've been very likely to get them back out of League 1. Instead they've tossed away another promising young English manager away having barely backed him in the first place.

As for Billy Davies... what? Being kneed in the back of the leg is hardly assault, though it would've been quite a funny attempt at it if Clough had done it deliberately.

Davies reckons Clough 'assaulted' him. Clough went to shake his hand but Davies showed no intend on doing so. Davies winds me up rotten.

As for Cooper, he was never really interested in trying to keep them up anyway. He'll be back at Kettering by the end of the week.

Peterborough this season have been ridiculous, and not just because of the recent managerial change. Their signings have been poor, mainly signing players from League 2 or below. It's like they were setting themselves up for a huge fall before even giving this league a try.
