iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 16 August 2009 Posted 16 August 2009 2-1 win. Stunning 30 yard effort in the 94th minute from Wellens to send the Leicester fans into raptures. Soundss Perfectt
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 16 August 2009 Posted 16 August 2009 Better Win As Im Goin for My First Away Day ThIS Season
Fox92 Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Why do we want Tunchev to play? Brown should sureley play to cope with the physical presence of Darius Henderson. Also, why change the back four when we have only conceded one goal in two league games? Sure, Tunchev is quality and he reads the game superbly but I would start him on the bench. No need to change an unbeaten team.
City Lad Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 For the first time in a long time I don't fear a heavy loss when we go to the 'better teams'. In Nige we trust
carterfox90 Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 this will be a real test to see where we are in terms of competing in this league as they are odds on to get promoted/play offs hope i'm wrong but can see them beating us 2-0 we are going to lose a few this year & this will be no embarrasment if we do lose there hope howard gives morgan a right going over the bloke should not be playing after what he did to hume

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 We have N Miller as the referee for this one. Anyone heard or remember him from previous seasons? I keep checking the refs this season as sooner or later we will get D'Urso, which means we will lose!
Koke Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 3-0 for your boys. I'd love to beat those bellends in their own backyard. I'd be happy with a draw though.
samjohnson Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 SImple 2-1 win... Win this and i reckon we will be play-off hopefuls
Braunyfox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 It's a toughy, but I think 1 goal will settle it, whoever gets it first !!!!!

Don't remember but the last time we had him was on a Tuesday (17th) away to Hartlepool when the score ended in a 2-2 draw.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Don't remember but the last time we had him was on a Tuesday (17th) away to Hartlepool when the score ended in a 2-2 draw. Cheers for that. We got a penalty in that match so he cant be bad! But we gave one away too. <_<
Jiggers the Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Cheers for that. We got a penalty in that match so he cant be bad! But we gave one away too. <_< Noooooo! was there at hartlepool and i can honestly say he was the worst ref i have ever seen in my life! He literally got every decision wrong, gave 2 pens even though neither of them were anywere near a foul! My mate who came with us has seen a lot of conference football and said he would have even looked rubbish in that league! we have no hope
C-man Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 he was the worst ref i have ever seen in my life! He was appalling, but in a fair way.
Jiggers the Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 He was appalling, but in a fair way. by 'in a fair way' do you mean he was equally appalling against both teams? I genuinly thought he didnt know what he was doing!
C-man Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 by 'in a fair way' do you mean he was equally appalling against both teams?I genuinly thought he didnt know what he was doing! Yep. It was almost as though he was concentrating on distributing free kicks/penalties/cards/throw-ins equally, no matter how wrong they were.
Jiggers the Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Yep. It was almost as though he was concentrating on distributing free kicks/penalties/cards/throw-ins equally, no matter how wrong they were. yeah it was so fustrating. i have no idea how he's reffing a championship match, i cant imagine he's improved that much in 6 months, i really hope so though!
maddog Posted 17 August 2009 Author Posted 17 August 2009 Come on lets beat the vote record of 155 set for the Swansea match Getting excited about this game now, not really sure what to expect but will see how it goes. It's the first away game i'm going too that isn't a cup match/wembley/relegation battle/promotion battle/local derby, just a neutral game, could be fun.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Got a good feeling about this one I have a strnage feeling for this. I felt quietly confident for Ipswich but i think this will be very close. Hopefully a one nil to us.
Legend_in_blue Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 It's good to see that the level of optimism is slowly, but surely, on the rise. We are in good shape. We are well organised. NP has made us hard to beat. We are pretty solid. We have players who aren't afraid to get stuck in in all key positions. We have an air of confidence about us. We just need a touch of brilliance in the final third from someone who can make a difference.
Mikey Posted 17 August 2009 Posted 17 August 2009 Think we'll draw 0-0. Will be very happy with that result.

One of the poorest in the leagues.
