lol youre not for real surely? Christ, its just text and mostly tongue in cheek at that! If anyone is really that sensitive that they allow a few harsh words on a keyboard to "drive them away" then they really shouldnt be on the net at all. There is a handy ignore feature the more sensitive souls on here can use if they feel so intimidated.

I do think its odd you feel you can comment on someones ability to do their job based upon what you read on a football forum....

I know I cant freely comment on anything LCFC with my situation. Its not necassarily the ability to do his job, but for a teacher and someone his age to spend so much time with pretty much every post taking cheap jibes at people who just want to use the forum without having to put up with it is ****ing stupid.

There are no figures being bashed around which is a surprise?

I'm guessing its around 200k + add ons/sell on cause.

that would be my take on the deal as well. It just so happens that NP needs £200k to complete the deal for the player he wants to sign that is going to fire us up the table to automatic promotion

"I'm just happy to move on. It's a very, very big club and has massive fans. I'm very happy," he told skysports.com. "It's a dream come true.

"I'm happy to be part of this club as they are very ambitious. I'm going to show my proper football now, I'm very happy.

"I liked the Leicester fans. They have been very good to me and they always supported me."

Proper football? So he wasn't putting 100% in when he did play?

Clearly we didn't allow him to express himself enough, as we continue to do with current players covering for inept defenders. A major flaw in Pearson's tactics.

Your so negative. A major flaw?

He could of played anywhere in any position, but if he wasn't playing "Proper Football" he still wouldn't have been amazing. (As many people on here think he is)

It's rather negative that a future prospect brought through the academy has had to leave the club once again to further their career. Stearman, Mattock, Gradel, and I'm sure King will be next to follow.

If you're going to call people names especially ones that imply some one is stupid I'd make sure you spell the word correctly otherwise you end up looking the more imbecilic.

Was pondering over the spelling. Not my fault i guess... :)

Well you could say it about every youth player... i'm not sure how you can compare the Stearman and Mattock sales to that of Gradel.

Thanks not that I'd noticed, are you using Firefox, if so why don't you install their spell checker it underlines wrong spellings as you write them.

100k rising to 150k what a fooking joke!

Where's the source for those figures?

As for McGivern

Manchester City defender Ryan McGivern sees his future at Eastlands.

The Northern Ireland international has impressed on-loan at Leicester City.

But he told the News of the World: "I wanted to get out on loan to gain experience, but I'm not ready to leave City without getting an opportunity in the first-team and I'd like it if that was to come along next season."

Difference being that Stears and Mattock didn't leave cos they weren't getting games, and King doesn't look likely to go anywhere unless it's silly money as he's a mainstay on the teamsheet these days

But on all 3 occasions players have left for similar size clubs. We should be able to compete with WBA, Wolves and Leeds. The fact is they are all more attractive clubs to play for, two of the main reasons for that is management of players and style of play. Sure money comes into it but we fall behind on both.

Not thought about the Cash? I'd be happy to concede the fact that Leeds are a bigger club than us.

No, Stearman and Mattock leaving had absolutely nothing to do with management of players and style of play. Stearman left when we were in league one and Mattock left to a team coming down from the premier. They left us to move to teams with a better chance of being in the premier league, and so far they have both been proved correct.

Gradel has left because our manager thinks we currently have better players than him and can't guarantee first team football. He can't even get into Leeds side for goodness sake. It has bugger all to do with us "not being able to compete with Leeds".

The most sense i've heard on this forum for a long time.

I'm looking forward to seeing if Gradel can fulfill his potential, even if it is at another club. So many youth players i've seen show glimpses of sheer class and then never become as good as I think they will. He certainly needs a manager who has total and sometimes blind faith in him to get those moments of quality from him. I wish him well.
