ACF Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Its only 51 sleeps until Xmas!!!! What will you be asking Saint Nick for this year?
Ford Super Sunday Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 I'm going to be getting my usual two books, Sky Sports Football Yearbook and European Football Yearbook Other than that, nothing really... might treat myself to something in the sales. Christmas is overrated.
Tabou Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Nothing. I absolutely love Christmas but shopping is such a ball ache. Therefore, this year, I will donate money to the NSPCC, and not buy presents, (Saving me a few £££). I don't expect anything in return (saving them a few £££). Everyone is a winnnnneerrrrrrr.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 What I want 1/ A new car 2/ A Playstation 3 3/ A New base unit. What I will get 1/ Cheap aftershave 2/ Some useless trinkets from the misses 3/ A Dunlop fleece from the mother in law (if I am lucky!!)
AmericanScott Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 My usual presents are crates of different beers (i think i got over 80 cans last year) so i'd be happy with beer again. I might treat myself to a hard earned iPod Touch as a gift to myself.
Thracian Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Whitney Houston concert ticket I hope. Shows my age but I don't feel guilty at all.
lou Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Rhodesian ridgeback puppy. Stephen Wiltshire Print (original would be better but theres no chance of that!) To be able to afford to get the kids everything they want would be amazing (but impossible)
Webbo Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 The 2 things I really wanted I bought myself last month. Now I don't know what to have.
Tommy G Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Not too much. Clothes, aftershave, the usual crap..
Thracian Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Stephen Wiltshire Print (original would be better but theres no chance of that!) Extraordinary man with an remarkable talent. His London buses so capture the hectic mood of the capital, especially this which captures the scene in the year I was born. http://www.stephenwiltshire.co.uk/art_gallery.aspx?Id=1849 One of my favourites though is this one because it depicts action and the promise of emergence from a dark and underground world such as might easily have been his own. The bloke is an inspiration. http://www.stephenwiltshire.co.uk/art_gallery.aspx?Id=2224
Fosse Boy Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Something good on the TV would be nice. Christmas Day is rubbish anyway. It's just a stopgap between the traditional Christmas Eve night on the lash and Boxing Day football.
Dr The Singh Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Not really into material things, just want my kids to smile on xmas morning and be happy!! PS - Santa if you can sort loads of poonage for me this xmas, and stop keeping them for yourself!!!

Amazing guy. Think Im getting the Toronto skyline in A1 for my Birthday/Xmas - its what Ive asked for anyway
Tommeh Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Sunday lunch at the Hobby Horse with Wayne Brown would be nice. Failing that a track day in hopefully a Ferrari/aston/Lambo etc.
Samilktray Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Dr Dre Beats Headphones and I'll be good for 5 Christmases.
Webbo Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Sunday lunch at the Hobby Horse with Wayne Brown would be nice. Don't you like Wayne Brown ?.
Guest Bilo Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Christmas is dull these days. Been shit ever since puberty, the Chrimbo dinner is the best bit about it. I'll end up feeling guilty cos Mrs Bilo has brought me a present much better than I brought for her cos I am incredibly unimaginative in such matters. To summarise; New Year > Christmas.
Tilley Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Turkey, Nan's home made stuffing and sausages wrapped in bacon is why I like Christmas.
BoneDog Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 An Adidas headband cos this Chanel No. 7 one I got at the minute is not right for going to the shop in.
Koke Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 The busy football schedule is what I love about Christmas.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Fucking Santa best be shovelling this bad boy down my stocking this year.
jonthefox Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 i would like peace on earth and goodwill to all men. if i cant have that a ps3 will do
lavrentis Posted 3 November 2009 Posted 3 November 2009 Used to love Christmas, guess I still like it but not as much. Ill get whatever I get, meh.
