It could be worse he/she usually calls people a c**t!

Lies. I've probably called someone on here a cvnt about once. It's not my fault if the outside world is full of cvnts.

3) They are a mildly better team, we let in two soft goals and missed our chances.

Pretty much the same as 2). We were at home and coming off a good win, and I remain firmly of the opinion that we could have posted a result had we displayed the same application as we showed at QPR.

But we didn't, c'est la vie!

In other news what is the album cover in your avatar?

Does any team in the world play the same every week? Just because it didn't work doesn't mean they weren't trying.

I've got a vague feeling it's Bloodhound Gang...

Apparently it is. Didn't even know. Just found it in my special folder and thought it was aesthetically pleasing. Can't pretend to be a fan.

Not for one minute suggest that the players were not trying, I have said elsewhere that I thought we worked hard and showed commendable spirit particularly in the second half.

I was mainly commenting on the first 30 odd minutes, when we were at full strength. We appeared to deploy Oakley and N'Guessan both wide and deep and as a deliberate tactic conceded much of midfield to the opposition. We stood off and conceded space giving West Brom's ball players all the space they needed to hurt us, there was none of the closing down and pressing that was so evident at Loftus Road. We were not beaten in midfield, generally speaking we did not try to complete, that was my point.

Had we done so, it could well have been a different game!

1. I find it quite amusing that you are crying because Carson & Olsson gave your fans a bit of stick after the game, you all deemed it okay to give Mattock stick all game from the stands and pretty much vent any old crap at him, yet two players celebrate shoving it right up your noses and suddenly it's crime of the century. Grow up or if you can't take it, don't dish it out. People around the tunnel also gave Carson stick yet seemingly he's not allowed to give it back.

2. The silence was a misunderstanding, it's the only time i've ever known one start without a whistle and it was very difficult to hear the tannoy from where i was sat at that time.

3. The tributes leading up to the last post were absoloutly wonderful and your club deserves alot of credit for really pushing the boat out. The old boy who came past us and gave a real proud salute with his chest full of medals is the sort of bloke who made this country what it is today. A real tear jerker.

4. The Walkers Stadium is one of the best new stadiums i've visited in terms of atmosphere, location, catering etc. You actually know you at the ground of Leicester City, whereas at the Ricoh you could be anywhere (including the moon, which has more atmosphere).

5. Thank you for Joey Mattock and thank you for giving him some stick (although i've seen hotter receptions at Christenings). It really made him stand up and be counted - he's slowly finding his feet and is going to become a very good player.

Yep - hes a Coont and a woman beating one at that (allegedly)

Well, according to Football League rules, no he isnt

No, thank you for taking him off our hands and paying us too! We have a better player to replace him and one who knows how to conduct himself too! :)

Saying all that good luck for the rest of the season

1. Firstly, not all of us thought it was ok to give Mattock abuse, me personally and lot of others didn't want to waste our breath, but I agree that those that dished it out, should be able to take it also!! I must of missed the Carlson\Orlson thing

2. I think generally everyone observed it really well.

3. Thank You

4. Thank You, alot of people still prefer the 'older' style stadiums, actually I quite like the Baggies stadium!!

5. Like I said, it wasn't a majority, alot of people couldn't be bothered to waste there breath, and I agree we've given alot more hostile receptions to others. I think we've both benefitted from the Mattock sale, he's not good enough to get into our side, and you obviously believe he has something to offer, win win situation for both sides!!

Agree with all of that.

Mattock deserved all the abuse he got on Saturday.

It was a very different game after the substitutions, but for the first 30 odd minutes I stand by my post. Our midfield was spread too wide and found it difficult to support each other which conceded time and space to West Brom. They used it well and could have been 1 or 2 up by the time they did score.

On other matters;

The club tried hard to mark Rememberance Day appropriately but were let down by a fair few fans who's ignorance and ill educated stupidity was almost beyond belief. In the west stand I distinctly heard a youngster told by his father (I guess) that the 'silence' was "coz someone important had died". What he thought the helicopter and the uniforms were all about I have no idea!

Whilst I understand the rules governing the behaviour towards the fans, generally speaking I have no issue with the players having a go back at the fans. If you can't take it, don't give it. A bit of 'banter' is fine but some of the abuse routinely hurled at players clearly shows who the real w**nkers are.

I don't think I saw Oakley within 5 metres of the line at any point.

Oakley naturally drifts inside which is a problem in itself - he left Neilson exposed far, far too many times...

!!! I've only just remembered Filbert after the match!

When Carson and Olsson were doing their cuntish thing, Filbert stepped onto the pitch, arms outstretched as if to say 'come on then'

I love the current Filbert.

There is something extremely bizarre about seeing a grown man dressed as a massive cuddly fox trying to look dignified and composed during a minute's silence.

Li'l Cousin Dennis could learn a thing or two from Filbert...

Enjoy Mattock while you can pal because unless he or his people manage to 'persuade' the witnesses to be quiet or the 'alleged' victims to drop the charges then I expect you 'll be losing him for at least 18 months!!

Morale dilemma for your lot whether to sack him too???

Richard Stearman will have a better career than Joe Mattock. And I say that as someone who despise Wolves to the maximum.

We gave Carson stick because of his blatant time-wasting. Olsson got no shit from our fans during the game yet decides to taunt us. We didn't give it out to Olsson pal, there wasn't any need for him to do it.

Mattock I would've understood, Carson I probably can but Olsson?

I had a dream about Filbert last night. It was all very surreal.

He wasn't impressed in the first half when the ref gave a goal-kick instead of a corner :giggle:

I'm a big Weale fan.

The problem wasn't just that they didn't remember the silence came straight after, it was the idiotic chant itself. BRITAIN fought in both WW1 and WW2, and in WW1 especially you have other nationalities fighting under the British empire. When Germany crossed into Belgium it was the Indian army under the Empire that prevented them from getting vital channel ports. Imagine being a Scot in that crowd of veteran's. Total display of ignorance and all, Wars aren't football matches, chanting your troops like they're players... A complete lack of class too. Hope they were embarrassed.
