dypatel06 Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 How many points should we get from December. We've got: Forest (A) Bristol City (H) Sheffield Wednesday (H) Cardiff City (A) Sheffield Utd- ON SKY (H) Doncaster (A) I think we should get: Forest- 1 point Bristol- 3 points Wednesday- 3 points Cardiff- 0 points (be happy with a draw) Sheffield United- 1 point Doncaster- 3 points I hope that we get at least 11 this month!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 About right there I think. Would love 12 or 15 though
davieG Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Dunno but i seem to recall that Wednesday usually have the last laugh at our expense.
StanSP Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Forest- 3 point Bristol- 3 points Wednesday- 1 points Cardiff- 0 points (be happy with a draw) Sheffield United- 3 point Doncaster- 3 points Think we're capable of bagging a draw against Cardiff. So about 12 or 13 I think.
Dan Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Forest (A) - Would take a point, but think we'll get 0 Bristol City (H) - Got to be looking for all 3. Sheffield Wednesday (H) - See Bristol City. Cardiff City (A) - Would take a draw. But like Forest I think we'll possibly lose, wouldn't surprise me if Cardiff away + Forest away = 1 point. Sheffield Utd- ON SKY (H) Got to look to win that I think. Doncaster (A) - Look for a victory I think. I reckon we'll get one point though. That would mean 11 points from a possible 18, which I think we should look for 13.
Babylon Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Forest (A) - 0 Bristol City (H) - 1 Sheffield Wednesday (H) - 3 Cardiff City (A) - 0 Sheffield Utd- ON SKY (H) - 1 Doncaster (A) - 3 I'm always cautious, so a pessimistic 8 Points.
Guest ttfn Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Forest - 1 Bristol City - 1 Sheff Wed - 3 Cardiff - 1 Sheff U - 3 Doncaster - 0 9 points would be a decent return from what looks like a very tricky set of fixtures.
Webbo Posted 23 November 2009 Posted 23 November 2009 Dunno but i seem to recall that Wednesday usually have the last laugh at our expense. I was thinking the same. Just got a feeling we'll lose that one. 10 points in Dec.

Ozwin Posted 24 November 2009 Posted 24 November 2009 If we get 15+ like some people think we can then we'd be seriously pushing for top spot or even opening a gap between ourselves and 2nd.

I agree, but I think the hectic month will be too much for us, and we won't do brilliantly. The only team I fear in December is Cardiff, the rest are more than beatable, it's just that there's so many good teams in a short space of time, can we handle that. If we can, then my I will really start to dream, if we can't, then oh well, but there's still jan-may left If we do get 15 or more points in december, I will personally donate £20 to LOROS, simply because it will be such an amazing achievement (and you can hold me to it)
Guest Bilo Posted 24 November 2009 Posted 24 November 2009 Forest DRAW 1-1 Bristol City WIN 2-1 Wednesday WIN 2-0 Cardiff LOSE 2-1 Sheffield United DRAW 1-1 Doncaster WIN 2-0
The Doctor Posted 24 November 2009 Posted 24 November 2009 14 (4 wins (brizzle, sheff W, sheff U, donny rovers) 2 draws (florists,cardiff).
TrickyTrev Posted 24 November 2009 Posted 24 November 2009 9 or 10 points from a difficult set of fixtures would take us into January there or there abouts.
