When was the last time a newly-promoted team did so well in the Championship/Division One? Exactly. That was Manchester City about ten years ago. And yes, if someone had guaranteed me a year and a half ago we'd find ourselves back in the Championship and in the first half of the table even, I'd have been more than just proud. That's one heck of an achievement. No manager can ever perform without blips in his curriculum. We're having a low at the moment and we will recover. Your loss in faith is my gain in perspective.
