martyn Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 Robbie Keane's "flip" followed by collapse into a forward roll.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 Anyone remember Malcolm Christie's old 'is that one?' celebration? That used to fook me right off.Oh well, he's virtually a cripple now so he got his. !
Part Of The Crowd Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 The Aeroplane. The athletic celebrations aren't shit, they are actually entertaining to watch and a display of athleticism. Doing a front flip ain't easy. My favourite celebration is when the player sprints to the home fans at an away game, getting bundled by the other players when he gets to the edge of the pitch. Not only does it show the sheer joy, but the togetherness of the team.
lcfc_jme Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 The Chelsea Dagger dance. Or any other goal-music orchestrated shit. Am I allowed to nominate that or is it purely limited to players?
lou Posted 14 January 2010 Posted 14 January 2010 The Chelsea Dagger dance. Or any other goal-music orchestrated shit.Am I allowed to nominate that or is it purely limited to players? Go on then....Il let you
lcfc_jme Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Go on then....Il let you Robinho's little heel-flick thingy that lildave perfected is pretty special in all honesty.
BoneDog Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Can't think of any annoying ones that haven't been mentioned. Got one I liked though. The one where Dean Saunders pulled the bottom of his shirt over his head and pretended he was bumping into stuff. First time he did it it was funny stuff. I was pissin meself anyway. I'm sure Dean was the first to do it.
lavrentis Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 I loved Heskeys DJ'ing celebration. I liked that and I also liked Heskey's golf swing celebration. Thinking about it, Heskey's celebrations are just a different class.
lildave3 Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Robinho's little heel-flick thingy that lildave perfected is pretty special in all honesty. So glad nobody mentioned Robinho's thumb - otherwise i'd have kicked off. *waits for some comedian to mention it*
dandannieldanok Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 Thinking about it, Heskey's celebrations are just a different class. Shame they only come round once or twice a year
SystonFox Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 I liked that and I also liked Heskey's golf swing celebration.Thinking about it, Heskey's celebrations are just a different class. craig bellamys golf swing was better when he scored at barca just after the whole riise thing. i like a good knee slide ala gerrard/torres/kuyt/rooney. hogan ephraim (BLESS YOU!) has some wierd funky celebrations too.
Matt Posted 15 January 2010 Posted 15 January 2010 I had to laugh at Waghorn's celebration v Forest when he scored the Peno - The finger on mouth/Quiet gesture. ....We were 4-1 down FFS! Maybe if it was an equaliser or a goal to put us ahead but at 4-1 down? Oh well, Atleast I could laugh at something that day
Dave-Pundit Posted 16 January 2010 Posted 16 January 2010 I prefer old fashioned British players shaking hands and running back to the centre-circle persnally. None of that foreign celebrating with the fans nonesense. Pathetic compared to an old fashion passionate English shaken hand and well done.
StanSP Posted 16 January 2010 Posted 16 January 2010 I quite like Chopra's 'boots too hot to handle' celebration. Although when he did it I think it was just a one off.
Jimothy Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Quite like Tim Cahill's boxing the corner flag celebration.
Unabomber Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 Quite like Tim Cahill's boxing the corner flag celebration. That sucks hard. I like a Fabregas going mental personally. Or the occasional Tevez apple bottom is appreciated.
Tilley Posted 17 January 2010 Posted 17 January 2010 I prefer old fashioned British players shaking hands and running back to the centre-circle persnally. None of that foreign celebrating with the fans nonesense. Pathetic compared to an old fashion passionate English shaken hand and well done. :D
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 19 January 2010 Posted 19 January 2010 I loved Shearers stock standard finger in the air. I'n AFL when ever I kicked a goal I always lost my shit and just started geeing up my team mates and then starting a fight with my opponent. I thinking that should be done in football.
leicesterfox86 Posted 21 January 2010 Posted 21 January 2010 Shearer's one arm thing Was that even a celebration?!
