Hopefully the players will take heart from their second half showing last night and go into this with the right attitude.

I'm weirdly optimistic about our prospects here and think that this is the kind of game we'll turn up for in a big way.

WBA are an excellent side, the best footballing side in the division in my opinion and will be very tough to beat, especially in their own back yard. Even so, we weren't really outclassed by them at the Walkers, just undone by a couple of screamers close together.

Nobody's pulled off the double against us this season and I don't think that'll be changing on Friday.

1-1 with Dorrans for them and King for us.

Not a chance with this one people.

WBA were the stand out team at home this season.

We've no chance.

Face it. We need to win those home games. Just need to somehow hang on in there 'til Monday and hope for a performance.

A repeat of 2 seasons ago would be lovely.

And I can actually see it happening. Maybe not as many goals, but a quality performance earned with a win. 3-1 or 3-0 to us I think.

The only positive i'll extract is that the last time we lost three games in a row we played Newcastle, a tough team at the top of the table, and we outplayed them with 10 men!

I was about to say we haven't lost three games in a row under NP but forgot about Cardiff in the cup. Still, we haven't lost 3 league games in a row under NP!

Put the 1st half of Cov with the 2nd half at Cardiff and we'll tear them to shreds....the top 6 awayday hoodoo to end with a 1-2 win courtesy of Morrison and Gallagher.

Wellens is due a goal. Last two games, best shots on goal have come from him. He has a decent shot on him when he's up for it.

Its actually nice to see him have a go,why leave it till the last few games :dunno:

Didn't realise Blackpool are playing before us on Friday. Tough place to go is S****horpe so hopefully the Iron do us a favour. Gonna be nervous enough anyway but if Blackpool have won it will be unbearable!

2-2 We throw everything at them, they sit back and hold us... we go one up.. they come back.. 2 up they come back.

Happy if it works out this way.

I cant help but feel the bad run will continue for this one, however QPR on monday will be the game we bounce back in. Although there's still someone in my head telling me the good run may not come back at all!! But keep the faith and all that

I do actually think we'll win.

Lets face it, March was rubbish. Pearson got manager of the month which had the impact, but I think, a new month and a win.

Although they will go up, when we lost to West Brom at The Walkers Stadium, West Brom were at their peak, they were free flowing and awesome. Ok, the goals shouldn't have gone in, they were terrible.

But, West Brom arn't as good at home as they are away, and they haven't beaten a top 6th team this season at The Hawthorns. They have lost to Cardiff, Swansea and Nottingham Forest as well as drawing with Newcastle United all at The Hawthorns.

We really can't loose 4 games in a row, I think Nigel will get the side fired up and after a good second half display at Cardiff City, we'll come out stronger than West Brom and win 2-1 via Martyn Waghorn and Andy King.

Having said that, the midfield will need to have a big imapact, West Brom's midfield are very, very good.
