Guest BlueBrett Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Good old Crouchy. I don't know why he gets so much stick. Have you seen what he looks like?
Finnegan Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Oi Finnegan we'll see who's laughing come March! At least Gerrard has hurt himself. Always nice to see the scousers suffer. Me, when Andy King nods in the winner.
Webbo Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Have you seen what he looks like? Well sorree George Clooney.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Me, when Andy King nods in the winner. To be fair i think we'd all allow ourselves a little chuckle were that to happen!
City_4_Life Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Good old Crouchy. I don't know why he gets so much stick. Same Scores goals for England, 22 in 42.
StanSP Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 To be fair i think we'd all allow ourselves a little chuckle were that to happen! A chuckle?? I'd be over the moon if Kingy scored a winner against England.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 SameScores goals for England, 22 in 42. I like him as a player too. With his scoring record it really p.issed me off that he didn't get a chance at the world cup.
purpleronnie Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Shambles. Why do we have an italian in charge of england ? Because english managers didnt do a lot better? Its nothing to do with the manager, the players simply aren't good enough, we have no strength in depth, our style is antiquated, premiership academies are full of foreign talent etc etc etc.....
Bert Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 What's the welshy laughing at? Our u21's would beat your first team.
Corky Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Because english managers didnt do a lot better? Its nothing to do with the manager, the players simply aren't good enough, we have no strength in depth, our style is antiquated, premiership academies are full of foreign talent etc etc etc..... Pretty much. I look at the alternatives in terms of management and I don't think any would do a lot better than Capello.
Finnegan Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 What's the welshy laughing at? Our u21's would beat your first team. Your U21s ARE our first team
Guest BlueBrett Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Have England improved in the 2 and a half years under Capello? Are you joking??
Corky Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Have England improved in the 2 and a half years under Capello? Are you joking?? Well technically yes, because we qualified for the 2010 finals and we didn't in 2008. The thing is, the manager will still have the same group of players to work with and pick from. Most were around in the McClaren era and some are left over from Sven. You can't buy in players, you are restricted as to what is available. What are the alternatives? Redknapp, Allardyce, Bruce, Holloway even? Would they be able to take us further than Capello has? I don't believe they could.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Pearson's having a tough time at Hull isn't he?
StanSP Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Spain getting comfortably beaten by Portugal 3-0. This match an attempt to influence their joint bid for the 2018 World Cup. How, though, I don't know.
FoxyPV Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 fooking Ireland get done in the last five. So promising to start off with
StanSP Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 fooking Ireland get done in the last five. So promising to start off with How did Cunningham do?
orangecity23 Posted 17 November 2010 Posted 17 November 2010 Holloway It would be worth it for the interviews alone. Currently England games feel like 2 hours of my life wasted. Under Holloway, at least your guaranteed plenty of excitment as the team loses 8-5, and then watching him explode in a ball of rage when a tabloid journo suggests that picking Marlon Harewood and DJ Campbell up front might not have been the best idea.
FoxyPV Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 How did Cunningham do? Did well for the first hour - missed the rest of the game due to daddy duties
Mikey Posted 18 November 2010 Posted 18 November 2010 Ronaldo is just unbelievably good. Nani Oh my God, that is brilliant.
