StanSP Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 That's what pisses me off about him. They give Wenger shit and he does exactly the same.
iBleedLeicesterColours Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 Great win for United. Fergie is a genius, always gets it right tactically and with the personel. Great play all round for Rooney's goal. Thought United deserved it overall due to a controlled first half performance and solid defending. Chelsea didn't offer enough in the first half for me. They can count themselves a little unlucky as it was a penalty,Van Der Sar has made a cracking save from Torres header and Evra cleared one off the line. As has been said, those extra officials are useless. Advantage United.
Corky Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 The extra official had a great view of it, how he didn't alert the referee to the foul is strange.
Bert Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 Bit of karma for Chelsea tonight, serves the whingey twats right that they didn't get the penalty, even though it should've been given. They weren't moaning when everything went their way in the league last month. Essien was lucky to stay on the pitch I think tonight. This is the only game isn't decided, Chelsea were the last team to win at OT and if they score, it turns the tie on it's head.
ScouseFox Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 Split the cash : £12.50 Hernandez anytime (11/4) and £12.50 both teams to score (EVS). It's all about the little pea, the other bet is merely a 'saver.'
BoneDog Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Shocking decision not to give the penalty! Also thought Torres was dreadful at times tonight. I don't know what his form is like this season because I've not seen much of him but he didn't look half the player he was in his first season for Liverpool. Should be a good second leg next week.

He's been terrible all year. Shame, because I sincerely think that at his best he's still the greatest out-right striker on the planet.
skinnydipper Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 I went to the Chelsea game last night Considering the occasion the Chelsea fans were poor and although I hate Man U the better team won

ajthefox Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 I've only just seen the Stankovic goal, so I know I'm a little late but fook me it's good. No goalkeeper and not a lot of pressure considering that if he skyed it, no-one would be that bothered but still, the technique is outrageously good.
Benji Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 United boss Sir Alex Ferguson took a different view and suggested that if his side were fortunate it was no more than they deserved."Yeah, someone said it could have been a penalty. It was the first penalty decision we've had in seven years, so we're due one," the Scot said. I just spilt my tea everywhere.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 He meant at Stamford Bridge presumably and to be fair, they've had shit luck there for ages.
lcfc_jme Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Diddums. I don't give a monkeys whether Man Yoo feel as though they've had shit luck at Stamford Bridge for ages. What about every team in the country who always get shit luck at Old Trafford? It's everybody's continuous ignorance of Ferguson's stream of hypocritical, self-pitying, selectively blind bollocks from his old red face which makes me utterly despise him; the exact same behaviour your beloved Arsene gets crucified for.
StanSP Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Those who watched last night, I'm sure you all saw Shrek's failed celebration. Enjoy:

Don't get me wrong, I know he's a hypocrite and I detest the man and I don't have any sympathy for him.
shen Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Also thought Torres was dreadful at times tonight. And what about Drogba? Where's that lethal striker that virtually no defender could handle disappeared to? A lot of talk yesterday about Drogba and Torres not being able to play together, but why weren't they both benched in favour of Anelka?
ScouseFox Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Just seen Ferdinand sneak #stayonyourfeet into his post match interview. Hero.
FoxyPV Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 United and Barca through. No surprises! Drogba comes on at half time and causes havoc. Fair play to Park - he always pops up with a goal in the big matches.
BoneDog Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Looks like there will be goals in this game. Another four I reckon.
StanSP Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 Don't like Real Madrid, but don't like Spurs either. However would prefer Spurs to go through simply cos I have more dislike for Madrid. Lively game so far. Good atmosphere. But huge dislike for the new camera angle!
BoneDog Posted 13 April 2011 Posted 13 April 2011 I haven't even noticed the new camera angle I'll have a gleg in the second half!
