StanSP Posted 15 March 2011 Posted 15 March 2011 Well, at least they couldn't capitalise fully on one game in hand they had. Shame Watford did. Burnley's next game in hand isn't til April 19th, against Boro at home. Still, as long as we win on Saturday, the chase is still on.
FoxyPV Posted 15 March 2011 Posted 15 March 2011 At least they've done something useful. Pity they couldn't take all three points.
Leicester Lass Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 Ian Baraclough has resigned as Scunthorpe manager according to BBC Radio Humberside. Edit: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/12756918.stm He's been sacked.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 Should have got some one different when Adkins left.
StanSP Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 Should have got some one different when Adkins left. It's all well and good saying that now!
Corky Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 It was their home form that kept them up last season. They've picked up 16 points from 19 home games this year.
Guest Bilo Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 Plenty of wobbling from teams around us at the moment. We need to capitalise on it before we play the likes of Burnley and Reading though as they will just as fired up for those meetings as we are. Looking at the relegation set-up, it's surprisingly open. Preston have probably left it too late, Scunny don't look to have a lot with which to avoid the drop but the third spot is wide open. Palace, Sheff Yoo and even Cov could all easily go down. Be an interesting last few weeks.
Super_horns Posted 16 March 2011 Posted 16 March 2011 Watford are not out of the running. We're back on a good run now...either go about 8 unbeaten or don't win 8! Very unpredictable as ever. Tricky run in for us though against sides above us.
Nick Posted 17 March 2011 Posted 17 March 2011 Chopra out for the rest of the season....... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/c/cardiff_city/9423688.stm Ah well.

Guest Bilo Posted 17 March 2011 Posted 17 March 2011 1 win in 15 games. The Pigs will go down. No trips to Sheffield = No visits to the Devonshire Cat. This saddens me greatly.
tartanowl Posted 17 March 2011 Posted 17 March 2011 No trips to Sheffield = No visits to the Devonshire Cat. This saddens me greatly. The Devo Cat is cracking pub!

StanSP Posted 18 March 2011 Posted 18 March 2011 Hull vs Norwich. Swansea vs Forest. Millwall vs Cardiff. They're the big games. Doncaster vs QPR (could be a shock there). Palace vs Derby. Big clash at the bottom. Some very tasty matches!
Matt Posted 18 March 2011 Posted 18 March 2011 The FAW clear Bellamy Why are they in our (English) leagues? If they wanna play by Wales' F.A rules then so be it, but they should play in the Welsh leagues if that's the case. They did it a few years ago when they were in the F.A Cup final.
Corky Posted 18 March 2011 Posted 18 March 2011 Leeds will win, Swansea and Norwich games both draws.
Soar Fox Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 Why are they in our (English) leagues? If they wanna play by Wales' F.A rules then so be it, but they should play in the Welsh leagues if that's the case. They did it a few years ago when they were in the F.A Cup final. Exactly what I was thinking. The welsh FA aren't going to give a ban to one of Cardiff most imortant players. If they want to play in the English league they should be dealt with by the English FA
MikeyT Posted 19 March 2011 Posted 19 March 2011 Sheff Utd 1-0 Leeds : Lichaj (55 og) C'mon Sheffield!!!
