Stevosevic Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 Ha, like they matter. Agreed, by the weekend we will be 7 points off with 7 games left. No chance.
Wymsey Posted 4 April 2011 Posted 4 April 2011 3-0 Full time. One more win for QPR then they'll be up me thinks.
Edmund Posted 5 April 2011 Author Posted 5 April 2011 That Forlan goal for QPR last night was quality. Even if they end up with a ten point deduction, I can't see them losing an automatic place.
Wymsey Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 That Forlan goal for QPR last night was quality. Even if they end up with a ten point deduction, I can't see them losing an automatic place. Any more news regarding this? Haven't heard anything for a while.
Edmund Posted 5 April 2011 Author Posted 5 April 2011 Any more news regarding this? Haven't heard anything for a while. No decision has been made yet. It's highly unlikely they'll be docked any points but who knows. The league will most probably hand them with a fine. The complicated part is they might get taken to court by other clubs ala the West Ham-Sheff Utd-Tevez scenario from a few years back.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 7 points off as it stands, kiss goodbye to the PO's now.
Joe. Posted 5 April 2011 Posted 5 April 2011 Bore off Reading. Robson-Kanu scores with eight minutes left.
shen Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 So that's seven points off with seven games to go. I think we can finally write off our chances now.
Ashley Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 We win saturday, reading loose 4 point gap again with us playing them in a week. Anything can happen.
Asha Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 We win saturday, reading loose 4 point gap again with us playing them in a week. Anything can happen. But it's not just about 'us and reading'. There's five teams between us and Reading.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 We win saturday, reading loose 4 point gap again with us playing them in a week. Anything can happen. This is the problem for you though mate, unfortunately http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/oform.html
Ashley Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 This is the problem for you though mate, unfortunately http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D1/oform.html Didn't Leicester go on a run like that and it just ended? There is still points to gain and points to loose for teams in and around the play-offs. Anything is possible for a number of teams that includes Leicester.
Asha Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 I guess it's cool that you're point-blank refusing to give it up.
StanSP Posted 6 April 2011 Posted 6 April 2011 I'm not giving it up. As long as it's mathematically possible, I won't give up hope. The chance is still there, no matter how slim. Just wish more people had the same view!
Finnegan Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Assuming we don't make top six I'd fucking love a South Wales play off final. What an occasion that'd be. Brilliant. Partly because it's a guaranteed Welsh side in the Prem and partly because it'd be absolute carnage - but mostly just for listening to Matt rant about having two Welsh sides in the final of the "English league Championship." Would be frickin' hilarious.
Samilktray Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 I'm just hoping if we dont go up Swansea at least do
Finnegan Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 I'm just hoping if we dont go up Swansea at least do BUT ITS DA ENGLUSH PREMURSHIP HERP DERP
