Are you registered on the site? I've noticed that the quality is poor until you register then it's pretty good. (if you can ignore what looks like an infestation of flies on the screen).

There's three quality settings, low, high and hdef (or something). I can only get low. Can you get high or hdef once you've regsitered then? Or is it still on low but just seems a bit better? From what I can make out you have to pay for high and hdef.

Mine changed to high after registering (free) and it's a decent picture.

Thanks, i might give it a try. Anything would be better than the low quality. Looks like it only has about ten pixels sometimes.
