davieG Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 The OS seems to think so - http://www.lcfc.com/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10274~44422,00.html? This just poppped up on the NewsNow LCFC link. We've loaned him out to Walsall
Scow Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 I fuc king hope not. Might explain why the mad Serb let Pearson go...
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 I despair with the OS. The amount of mistakes and errors on it is a joke.
dandannieldanok Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 Ugh. Genuinely makes me feel a bit sick the thought of him ever coming near the club again.....................................ok he wasn't quite that disastrous but he was so completely hapless time and again.
Tilley Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 Jimmy not posted yet saying he should have been played at centre back?
Toby or not Toby Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 Walsalls official website says he is on loan from us
Fox92 Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 It hasn't been updated, just like yesterdays program at Palace.
KFS Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 It hasn't been updated, just like yesterdays program at Palace. That was awful! I didn't know who that tall ugly looking fellow was, who was it?
Arkie Bennett Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 I hope not! Even Walsall (no disrespect to the Saddlers) is above his level!
FrankieADZ Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 cant we delete all record of that page and any refernce to us owning him
fleckneymike Posted 8 August 2010 Posted 8 August 2010 cant we delete all record of that page and any refernce to us owning him Verma is still on loan to Histon according to the OS. I bet if we look carefully there'll be a press release from Shipman backing Pleat.
dandannieldanok Posted 9 August 2010 Posted 9 August 2010 Do the club actually hire someone or even a group of people to run the official site? Or is it outsourced to the premiumtv people? Whoever is responsible needs sacking, catalogue of errors every single day. Says alot when your official site is often the least reliable source of information about what's going on at the club.

I know that a lot of the reports and articles are done on a free lance basis. Not sure who does things like the player profiles though.
Houdini Logic Posted 9 August 2010 Posted 9 August 2010 I thought he was in Man City's first team this season?
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 9 August 2010 Posted 9 August 2010 I thought he was in Man City's first team this season? Definitely not.

Amazingly they employee someone!!! Unfortunately since Hoos decided to get a consultant mate of his in 3-4 years ago to restructure the media and marketing departments (which actually meant getting rid of the media lot that had been there for years and knew what they were doing) the media operation has gone downhill faster than Coventry's Operation Premiership. I understand the last of the 'Mace-era' media lot finlly got the bullet in the summer when they outsourced the programme to Cornwall(!). While there used to be 5 staff devoted to media - press officer/writers for the website and programme etc there are now none. Now we have a bunch of kids in the Maketing dept that take on media roles too. Old-school reporters I know from both tabloids and broadsheets (not that there are as many now as in my days on the local papers) consider the current set-up not only a joke but a tragedy. God help them should we ever get promotion! PS It's finally been updated with the correct squad!!! Only took until after the opening weekend of the season..... PPS Ah - only the squad list and pics have been updated.. a lot of the profile's still refer to 'Nigel Pearson's side'..... some don't have profiles at all... and none even mention last season.. ffs
