Guest ttfn Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 Weale Neilson Hobbs Morrison Berner Wellens King Gallagher Campbell Fryatt Dyer A 4-0 defeat would be fine as long as we play a passing style. Who needs points when you can have passes?!
Guest ttfn Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 True dat. But does anybody care about Leeds??? Right now I'd sack that off for 3 points on Saturday.
wurmer Posted 21 August 2010 Posted 21 August 2010 True dat. But does anybody care about Leeds??? Right now I'd sack that off for 3 points on Saturday. Fair point..

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 Gallagher needs to be involved, for me.
Narborough_fox Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 Logan (Weale if fit) Hobbs Morrison Berner Moreno King Wellens Moussa Gallagher Campbell Fryatt I know 3-1-3-1-2, very attacking but I feel would play well. Beef in midfield, strength at the back and enough strike power up front, Gallagher can create the magic we need.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 Weale Morrison Hobbs© Lamey Bener King Moreno Wellens Dyer Dj Campbell Fryattt none of the long ball rubbish weve been playing, lets finally see some of this passing football we were promised, lamey and berner two attacking defender who can burst forward but still be solid defensivley, hobbs and morrison know each other well both big, strong, pretty quick both, good in the air and can acctually communicate in english. moreno more of a battler than oakley and will keep the ball alot better, can also find the killer ball quickens the game up rather than takes 100 touches like oakley will be suit better with flowing football, him and welens may sit off at times and let king burst foward. dyer and campbell to attack with pace, the only two players in the side who can beat a man and fryatt the only man that can take most of his chances.

Ultra Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 True dat. But does anybody care about Leeds??? Right now I'd sack that off for 3 points on Saturday. I damn well care, especially as I'll be at Elland Road on Tuesday. We need a win to boost confidence and morale both on and off the field. Plus it will give us momentum to take back to the Way on Saturday.
Webbo Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 I damn well care, especially as I'll be at Elland Road on Tuesday. Alright Colin, keep your trousers hair on.

SamL Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 True dat. But does anybody care about Leeds??? Right now I'd sack that off for 3 points on Saturday. So the people who've purchased tickets for Leeds might as well not turn up then?
Narborough_fox Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 As long as there is no Oakley I will be happy, don't know about others but I think Oakley is past it and we should be developing the future. Like Moussa.

SamL Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 As long as there is no Oakley I will be happy, don't know about others but I think Oakley is past it and we should be developing the future. Like Moussa. Have you actually attended any games this season to base that opinion on? He's shown glimpses of what he can do, as have many others. I think it's only a matter of time before it clicks.

I think it's only a matter of time before it clicks. No (did go to Sunderland though, you may count that but I won't), but me personally I don't like him at all. No it's not because he is an ex Derby player. But from last season yes there is glimpses but most of the time it's backwards and sideways or a long ball. So unless his mentality has changed I don't want him in our team. We need players who can play a ball forward but can shake things up.
The MayneFox Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 Weale (Injured??) Lamey Hobbs Moreno Berner Dyer Moussa Wellens Gallagher Crinc (hell with it eh) Fryatt
unreachable Posted 22 August 2010 Posted 22 August 2010 Complete waste of time speculating on the team until after Leeds United match and until players' fitness have been assessed. This thread should be suspended until next Friday!
