STUHILL Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 isn't that obvious, things are seriously wrong behind the scenes and only one man is responsible for the team as far as I can see and his names Paulo Sousa I know Sousa is responsible for the team but I can't help but put ALL the blame on Manderic and Hoos. There is no way Pearson would have left if they had of rejected Hulls approach. Even Hull's chairman said they were surprised Leicester gave them permission to talk to him. Manderic obviously had a vision of new investment and a big name international manager in Sousa playing attractive football. He has made a massive error and risked our promising future by this one stupid decision. The fans know it and now even the players are starting to show it too with transfer requests, almost like jumping a sinking ship. In some ways, Manderic has been a great chairman, investing and taking a real active interest in the club but in other ways, he has been a pure disaster! Allowing Pearson to leave so easily will haunt him hopefully!!
Ric Flair Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 I couldn't give a fook about Gallagher or Wellens but Fryatt is very upsetting. I want a player to sta at Leicester for more than a few seasons and Fryatt could do, he could go on to score 100+ goals and be classed as a Leicester Legend. But this todger we now have in charge is devastating us and it's season over. We'll not come straight back up this time though,
FrankieADZ Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 God forbid a player shows a bit of loyalty. Loyalty? I can't imagine some players even knowing how to spell the word or know what it means. Shame, really........players heads are so easily turned now days. Stupid amounts of money and agents have done this
Jon the Hat Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 Seems like we have a bit of a mess on our hands. Unless we see some quality come in to replace any that leaves we can write off this season.

But this todger we now have in charge is devastating us and it's season over. We'll not come straight back up this time though, I think you're downplaying Wellens and Gallagher. Last season at Cardiff in the second leg, Wellens could barely walk but he saw out the full 120 minutes as we had no substitutions left. He was a proper soldier that night who gave his all, so it's worrying that he's not prepared to fight on. If a character like that is deciding he wants out, what the hell is going on? Gally, whilst not performing as well as Fryatt or Wellens, is still a good player who can change the style of play depending on the opposition.
nuttytimmy Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 Stringer's latest Tweet: Been drivin folks. Expect no more DJ Campbell news today. Re transfer requests, unfair of me to say who I believe they are until confirmed I think the DJ deal is already done - Gally, Fryatt and Wellens sound the most feasible and realistic players who would want out. I fear for Hobbs, however. He is an incredibly important player for us, even when he isn't playing so well. Bad times, until we know for sure who isn't going.
nuttytimmy Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 And if Fryatt does go, I definitely need a new sig.
Mee Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 I can see us getting a bottom half finish, but I don't think that we will go down. Just a waiting game to see everything unfold now.
Guest Bilo Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 I just hope that Fryatt's transfer request is due to his not being played rather than anything else, as Campbell's seemingly imminent departure should aid that. He would probably the biggest loss to this club since Muzzy Izzet if he left and I don't say that lightly. A huge player for us in spite of his critics. Gallagher and Wellens are disappointing too, though I've always said that the latter has never been played in the right way here even under Pearson. A player who was a cultured playmaker at Doncaster has been employed as a brass bollocks holding midfielder here on the main. Gallagher is one of our more technically able players and the player I expected, perhaps more than anyone else, to absolutely thrive under Sousa's approach whether playing behind the strikers or as an out-and-out striker himself. Something is extremely wrong behind the scenes and I'm already writing off this season and Sousa'a reign. Just hope we don't do something stupid like get relegated.
Wdywd Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 Well it's been a fun season so far. Really though, if it turns out Fryatt and Morrison are two of them, what does the manager expect when he picks abortions like Neilson & Howard ahead of them? Somehow we appear to have dismantled the 5th best team in the division in a couple of months.
lcfcjim Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 Stringer's latest Tweet: Been drivin folks. Expect no more DJ Campbell news today. Re transfer requests, unfair of me to say who I believe they are until confirmed So it seems he believes that something about these players (supposedly Wellens, Gallagher, and Fryatt) will come out in the wash, very soon by the sounds of it. Concerning times ahead, If i may add. But hey, it wouldnt be Leicester City without a bit of controversy.

Yeah I was being harsh, but if i'm honest neither Wellens or Gallagher would be massive losses if we had an astute manager to replace the, but we do't so it's very, very worrying. We could be having a midfield and attack of N'Guessan Oakley Moussa Dyer Howard and Crnic soon. Crucial
Ozwin Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 And if Fryatt does go, I definitely need a new sig. Don't worry about it mate, got it covered while we wait for a replacement.
davieG Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 Gallagher was excellent in the 2nd half against Leeds along with King playing down the middle just behind Howard, it's one of the few occasions I've seen him look comfortable and happy in a game why on earth this wasn't repeated for today's game only Sousa knows or more like hasn't got a clue and now seems to be making changes just because he can.

There was even an article on how Gallagher enjoyed the new style and training as it was more technical based. Very surprised he is one who has handed in a request. He is getting his chances here to, so why is he unhappy?

Seeing our new Thai owner out on the pitch, just hit another nail in the coffin for my love of football. We are one of the most ridiculous clubs in the league. I never thought I'd say this.

This is pretty much undeniable. What other club would force out the manager who had got us up then straight into the playoffs? Then have half of that team leave or want to leave before the end of August? And we've got this fooking dodgy takeover going on. Why can't we just be dull for a while?

Fox You Forest Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 One thing is for sure, it's not going to be dull over the next few days...

STUHILL Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 i think him and wellens could be down to the way adams was pissed about this summer. maybe. I heard they all mess about together doing practical jokes etc. To be fair though Adams was given a chance to play RB and the one positive thing about Sousa is he has given everyone a fair chance to prove themselves, although we perhaps don't know the full story with Adams. Fryatt's request doesn't necessarily tie in with that though. Interesting point tho
The MayneFox Posted 28 August 2010 Posted 28 August 2010 ok who is trhe reguested players? (FOR FACT)
