For me our best player by a distance so far this season.

He has run his bollocks off and looks such a threat going at defences.

A huge positive in a season that has been very dodgy to date.

Keep it going Lloyd, we need you!

Take a bow.

Scored a fantastic goal and gave it his all throughout. The only criticism was his corners were poor and he sometimes lacked the end product but he's only the player who can leave with any credit.

God help us all if he's one of the players who's handed a transfer request in.

Didn't like the fact that he appeared to be telling us all to shut it though in his celebration... agreed he has been our best player by far, but was there any need for that when the team should be trying to get the fans to support them?

Thats because there were 2 guys sitting on the bottom row beneath L1 berating him after his corner didn't beat the first man. He turned round and had a right go back which was fair enough as he had been our best player up to that point, should have been man of the match and ran his bollocks off all game!! Just sums up some of our fans really. Think the celebration was directed at them because he was definitely looking in their direction!

I didn't see the Reading celebration, but my brother said that it was how Sigurdsson celebrated, so Dyer was mocking that :dunno:

Anyway, I'm pleased with the way he's started. I just don't want him to tail off later in the year like he has previously.

what the hell has happened to our defence. Jack the new walsh hobbs looked crap not himself. perhaps thinking the grass is greener? did not know who was taking that corner all looking at each other standing in readings box . pub team tactics. Dyer played well looked shaged out near to end though

Nah, it was definitely aimed at certain fans towards the front in K/L1.

And fair play to him. He was easily our best player, yet a poor corner and the fans start berating him. If I was a player for this club, I'd be celebrating like that every time I scored.

Been our best player so far this season, may it continue! He was immense today, always been a fan of Mr Dyer tho

Definately the best player imo. Yes, he was looking a little tired towards the end, but who can balme him? He had done most of the work for the previous 75 mins!!

The fans who sit behind me are always berating Lloyd which causes me to argue with them at just about every game. He appears to be one of the only players trying this season and is playing his heart out. He looks more dangerous cutting in from the right and it was good to see he hit a couple of shots with power today. In addition to his goal he also forced the 'keeper to make an excellent save and had a couple of other efforts blocked. When they scored in the 86th minute he was the only player who went to retrieve the ball so that we could attempt to get restarted with a bit of urgency. He was by far and away our best player yesterday (not quite man of the match - for me that was Matt Mills) and the only slight negatives where his corners and when he seemed to get pushed of the ball just as he was pulling the trigger in the first half.

Keep up the good work Lloyd - for me you're the first name on the team sheet!!! :chant::scarf::chant:
